With the Help of PHILO Project, YOBC Is Making a Movie The new Marketing and Public Relations Committee of the YOBC Board has been working hard since the beginning of this season. Under the direction of Charlie Walker, the committee is tasked with developing new strategies for increasing YOBC’s visibility in the community. Their goal is to make sure YOBC is no long Bucks County’s “best kept secret.” The team created a new brochure that will debut shortly to be used for development, and they also began to explore the idea of creating an informational video. The committee learned about the PHILO Project — a Philadelphiabased organization that provides promotional videos to area nonprofits, free of charge. YOBC submitted an application last fall and was pleased to be selected for the project. Filming is set for later this month, postponed from January because of snow. The PHILO Project is the brainchild of Gerald Kolpan, who was inspired by events in December of
