Advocate Juhi Bhargav is a renowned lawyer who graduated from Motilal Nehru Law College in Khandwa and holds an LLM degree She is celebrated as the first lady of Indore, the Cleanest City of India Ms Juhi is highly respected for her legal expertise and social activism She has received numerous awards for her contributions and is an active member of various communities and social groups in Indore Her dedication to social causes and legal excellence has madeheraprominentfigureinthecity.

Dr Anshuman Jaswal

Dr Anshuman Jaswal, Director of NMIMS Deemed University’s Indore campus, has extensive experience in academia and industry He holds a Fellow in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, with expertise in Economics Previously, he held leadership roles at institutions like UPES and ISH, Gurugram He has a proven track record in strategy, corporate banking, market research, consulting, and academic leadership. Dr. Jaswal's diverse experience and academicqualificationsmakehimavaluableassetforus

Mrs Komal Kare Joshi

Komal Kare Joshi is the founder of INMO-Indore Moms as well as the owner of Go Luxurious. She is a Commerce Graduate with a MBA in tourism management She is French certified and an expert traveler councilor too She has been awarded as various awards one of which includes Indian achiever’s award 2019 She is a recipient of various accolades and awards and has also been a judgetovariouseventsandcompetitions

A prefound lawyer and a gold medalist Mr Aman Deep Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law He even has mentored thousands of student at various levels viz CLAT, Judicial services, Civil Services and undergraduate students

Prof (Dr) Divya Gautam

With the experience of Seventeen years with Academics and Research, she is a accomplished computer engineer She has also been awarded with the Young scientist awardee 2022, 2023

Prof Riddhi Pasari

With a prior experience as a field investigator for NIPFP under the Ministry of Finance, she brings a depth of understanding to her work Notably, she has contributed as a content developer for economics subjects on the SWAYAM

Prof (Dr) Shweta Dani

With an experience of more than 12 years of teaching experience at postgraduate and undergraduate levels She has more than 20 publications to her credit which include research papers, case studies, book reviews and articles

Prof Sagar Jain

Holds a B.A LL. B (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, and has completed his LL.M in Criminal Laws. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya (D.A.V.V.), Indore on “Rehabilitation of Prisoners in Madhya Pradesh.”

COMMERCE FEST

In the upcoming competition, the participant’s will be provided with a (XYZ PRODUCT) (an hour prior to the the challenge) from which they have to create a plan package, label and then promote the product in order to demonstrate their efficient marketing skills.

Their creativity and attention to detail will be the key in this challenge, as they will be required to design the packaging and plan the promotion strategy that effectively communicates the product's key features and benefits. Make sure to consider the target audience and create a label that is both eyecatching and informative.

In Round 2, the participants will be assigned a hypothetical company an hour prior to the competition, the company has undergone some serious crisis under suspicious circumstances.

The participants task would be to step into the role of a crisis manager and market the company in a positive way to save it from collapsing. The participant is required to design the entire plan with all the resources company. This challenge will test the participant’s ability to think, and adapt to unexpected situations, and demonstrate effective marketing strategies in the face of adversity.

Remember, the fate of the company is in the participant’s hands, and their marketing skills will be crucial in turning the situation around. The participants have to Stay focused, think outside the box, and work together to overcome this crisis. The winners for the challenge shall be decided on the basis of cumulative scores of both the rounds.

The same team shall participate in both the events of this fest.

TECH FEST

ROUND 1

On entering the campus the teams will be provided with a two hour time to modify their robots and get them registered on campus.

The specific guidelines on the robots and the design shall be shared with the teams after they have registered for the summit,

The first round will begin with all the teams, chance by chance running their robots on the flex. The qualification rules for the first round would be based upon checkpoint completion. The top teams who have completed the most checkpoints will be promoted to the next round.

For the second round the winner will be decided on the basis of the robots speed, whichever bot will complete the whole flex the fastest will be the winner. The flex will be revealed at the day of the event.

ROUND 2

The second event of the Tech fest is the problem solving.

In this all the teams will be provided with a real world problem for which the teams will present a solution and the solution should have a tech side. This round will involve solving puzzles and making codes. The application of coding languages learnt shall also be utilized here.

The winner will be decided for best presentation and the best solution.

The winners for the fest shall be decided on the basis of cumulative scores of both the rounds.

The same team shall participate in both the events of this fest.

EVENT FEES

GUIDELINES/POINTSTONOTE

A student can participate in only one of the three events. The Youth Parliament is open for students from Grade VI- XII while the Commerce Challenge is open for Grades XI- XII and the Tech Fest for Grades X-XII.

Every school participation shall be accompanied by at-least one faculty member.

A virtual training session regarding the rules of procedure shall be conducted in the first week of august.

Offline Orientation sessions can be arranged as per the requirements of the school.

Fees is not refundable.

INR 2750- INR 6500-
15 FEES INCLUDES: 1. Entry to the conference 2 12+ hours of committee sessions under experienced Bureau Members 3 Authorised Participation Certificate for all 4. Winners shall be awarded with Trophies and Certificate of Merit 5 Meals on all three days of the conference 6. Access to the pre conference training sessions and resource material 7. Any further assistance with respect to the conference 9. Accommodation for 3 days (including dinner) 10. Local Travel within Indore including transport (pick ups and drop off)
8 Transport facilities for all 3 days of the conference

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration Guidelines

1. We kindly request schools to complete their registration using the provided link enclosed in the email before the specified deadline.

2. Students are encouraged to register through their school authorities.

3. Once registration is complete, schools are invited to submit an Excel sheet containing student details to our organization. Student allotments will be promptly communicated thereafter.
