Editor's note It is so ironic that this month's theme is patience and we have been tested on this during the recent lock-down. Our patience was tested in that we were in our homes for a full month with minimal movements and the longest walk was from the bedroom to the kitchen and back. some customized exercises meant for everyone's needs based on different aspects ranging from; Health, age, weight and affordability. It is our aim to have both our spiritual and physical bodies fit.

We encourage that as you continue reading our monthly editions you also share about the magazine with friends and family, and give feedback so that we continuously improve.

We have timelines that we put for ourselves and similarly the society puts some timelines for us as we grow up.

These can be; a timeline of when you should start working, get married, travel the world, and have children. I also had a

timeline for my life, I had planned as to at what age I want to be a mother, wife and be driving that Mercedes, in a very nice house, and time would come to be the best teacher as will be seen later in this section. We put timelines because we do not know how to be patient and let God lead us. We have the believe that God needs our help to guide us.

Rhema Word Prevailing Church This month's feature is Rhema Word Prevailing Church. The significance of the name is found in; Â Acts 19:20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

Rhema Word Prevailing Church has two (2) branches, in Mmopane and Gerald Francistown, which is led by Prophet Mogomotsi Majeremane. Â We host Easter conferences annually and impacts school of prophets.

Have you ever done all you could and wait patiently for God to deliver? You prayed, fasted and spent time with God crying out to Him to answer your prayers and time seemed to be moving very fast?

Sometimes you see the light at the end of the tunnel and then the light disappears. This light could be that you have been asking God for something big. You try some things and they do not work out! We need patience in the midst of all of the above. Â Patience is the ability to endure difficult circumstances, perseverance in the face of delay; tolerance of provocation without responding in annoyance/anger; or forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can have before negativity.( Wikipedia) Being patient in God is hard. You start to wonder if at all you should be asking or just leave it to happen on its own because it hurts every time you hear that someone is getting married or getting a job. You believe that God has turned His back on you and He is silent. There is no such a thing as God is silent. We think He is silent because it is not the answer we want. God can see and knows everything.

He can see ahead of you and make a decision that will benefit you in the next coming years. We only see where we are. We need to be patient in all that we ask. The word of God in Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

God answers in 3 ways

YES

This is crystal clear that whatever you asked God for you its for you. It might not happen immediately, but God has given you the green light. I remember the job that I am currently in, I asked God if this is the Job He has for me because I had been praying for one. He told me this is the job I have for you. 3 months after the job closed, i was called for interview,I was hired after a couple of months still. I did not come right away.

When God says yes it does not mean that there will not be problems. There will be a lot of issues but just remember He placed you there.

NO This is when God says a straight NO to you, about what you were asking for.

No meaning that this is not good for you and It is not what God has for you.

This could be a relationship that you are about to get into and asking God if this is what He has in His plans for you. Most of the time we already know it is a no but because of our ever-changing feelings we will go ahead with the decision that God said No to. We usually make it a yes because we feel like it is good for us and he gives me butterflies. After the disappointment that is when you realize that it was a NO from the beginning.

NOT YET Most people believe that this is a NO from God because we want what we have asked for now. Understand that God is not saying NO or YES but simply saying this is not the right time for you to get this. It could be that it is not the right time for you to be at the YES because you must deal with your attitude or your behavior. He is not saying you will never have it, but He is saying not now my child. This could be changing churches or a change of career.

One other important thing is what you do when God tells you not yet or no. You should not walk around with bitterness and anger that God cannot see how ready you are. Use this time to prepare for the time when it comes. If it is marriage you are waiting for, work on yourself. If it is a job you are waiting for, learn how to make a noticeable CV and read what you need for the interview.

Waiting is really hard but all we can do is surrender to God while waiting and continue praying and making our request known to God. We need to know that God can do it because there are so many things that God did in your life, He is capable of doing more than you can think or imagine.

Hold on for a bit more. Â Understand that great things take time. Romans 8:25Â (NIV) says But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

Post Lock-down Plans! what did you do?

Sir Jeff Although I have not been confined to my house, as I was working throughout the lock-down period, I definitely felt the impact of it, Both negatively and positively. Before laying those down, allow me to highlight that the first thing I want to do after lock down is to take my children out for lunch or dinner. For the entire period they have not seen the outside of our yard as adherence dictated. I have learnt to appreciate life and value every second that I live.

The sudden way that livelihood changed made me recount my blessings. Our situation can change at any point in time. Additionally I have appreciated the physical interaction I had with my children. For the first time we would participate together and play together each afternoon that I was around and not working. They did it daily to keep fit and give TV a break.

Moreover, Our Fellow Group we did all we could to keep each other abreast as we read 'a chapter a day' as a form of social interaction although we a had already started it prior to Lock down. It kept us warm all the time.

On the down side, I was disappointed by some of the negligence shown by our own communities. Some people never took the pandemic serious from the beginning and they would just ignore the set rules. I'm grateful though that our country was not hard hit as others, praise God for that. Another disappointment was the way in which there were so many debates about the truth behind Corona Virus. It is so amazing how the world can be so convincing yet with unfounded facts, to gain what, confusion? Fame? Or just cause havoc? Wherever the truth lies, there are so many contradicting stories surrounding Covid-19 with some suggesting 5G Mobile Technology as a cause of Corona. And all these floated in social media platforms.

To this day there is stil a debate on the origin of the virus, what is the truth?

I went home on mother's day and spent some good quality time with my parents and little brother (it had been a month of not seeing them) Otherwise, I had some fulfillment from this lock down period, although it was daunting at some point. The biggest moment that tested my faith was when my wife passed a year and a month after we tied the knot. She passed away 4 days after giving birth to our daughter in October 2013. We got married in 22 September 2012.
