For Your Voice News & Views The junior program of the Treasure Coast Rowing Club is currently recruiting new rowers -- school boys and girls. No experience is necessary to participate. Students will need to have a parent or guardian to sign a waiver. The program will take place at the Treasure Coast Community Boathouse at 771 S.W. 28th St. in Palm City. Founded in 1991, Treasure Coast Rowing Club began as a master club with most members being
over the age of 27. In the spring of 2010, the juniors became part of the club offering a competitive program on the Treasure Coast for high school students. Open to males and females with students representing five area high schools, the program aims to be competitive at the state level, and as it grows move on to the regional and national levels.
