Applause for the Baughs Whether shooting clays, supporting an East County high school or helping Meals on Wheels Plus, Don and Vanessa Baugh prefer an active life. The Baughs, who own Vanessa Fine Jewelry on Lakewood Ranch Main Street, will be recognized for their community involvement March 19 at the Disco Ball Gala. They are the 2016 winners of the John A. Clarke Humanitarian of the Year Award. The Lakewood Ranch Community Fund, which is hosting the event, is also granting the award to the late Richard Fawley, of architecture firm Fawley Bryant.
