Bellmore Students Send Letters of Appreciation to Veterans

Students in the Charles A. Reinhard Early Childhood Center in the Bellmore School District demonstrated pride and appreciation on Veterans Day. Second graders in Victoria Seropian’s class completed letters to be sent to local veterans.

Students in Victoria Seropian’s second grade class at Charles A. Reinhard Early Childhood Center completed letters for former servicemembers on Veterans Day.

Students discussed and learned about the importance of veterans’ service to the country. Each of the 18 letters contained messages of gratitude for their service and bravery, along with some colorful art. The letters will be sent to veterans in Nassau County.
