Cards of Appreciation for Firefighters

Hempstead Town Councilman Chris Carini and Town Clerk Kate Murray thanked Winthrop Avenue School students Nathan Felix, Victoria Vitale, Peyton Kolinsky, Christopher Anzalone, Maya Narain and Ellie Cregler for creating heartfelt cards for firefighters. The artwork will be delivered to local fire houses. Also attending were Superintendent of Schools Dr. Joseph Famularo and Winthrop Avenue School Principal Sally Curto.
