Page 8 has some practical information about Capturing the Magic! Which I hope to try out over the next few months when taking photos of my children. This month we also have some informative articles on pages 14 and 24 relating to Sneezing and Itchy Red Eyes & Sugar and Diabetes - What’s the Connection? .... Now its time to make a cuppa and find a nice quiet place, maybe in the sun shine and have a quick read.

With the holiday season approaching fast - this months Hanging with Hannah takes a trip to South Australia, to visit the Monash Adventure Park.

This playground is designed for all ages and abili es, and is broken into different areas (toddler, preschooler and older children.)

There is a flying fox, a giant swing lots of climbing equipment, slides, swings, a wheel chair swing, sand pit with digging toys, spinner and rockers.

The park also offers beau ful gardens with seats and wet areas. Three undercover bbqs, three undercover picnic tables, rubbish bins and toilets.

Hannah’s p of the month always keep a look out for amazing parks and playgrounds even when on holidays!

d a e r B a n a n Ba Ingredients 265g Self Raising Flour 40g Plain Flour 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 140g Brown Sugar (ďŹ rmly packed) 2 Overripe Bananas (mashed) 2 eggs (lightly whisked) 125ml Skim Milk 50g Bu er (melted and cooled)

Method Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180C. Brush a loaf pan (11 x 21cm) with melted bu er. Line the base and the sides with non-s ck baking paper, allow to overhang.

Step 2 - Si the combined ours and cinnamon into a large bowl. S r in the sugar and make a well in the centre. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. add the eggs, milk, and melted bu er, and s r un l well combined. Add the banana mixture to the our mixture and s r un l just combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.

Step 3 - Bake in preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes or un l a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Remove from the oven and set aside in the pan for 5 minutes.

Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into slices to serve.
