Junior Gymnastics at Waverley is a structured program that is oriented towards gymnastics learning in our fully set up 5-star gymnastics facility in Mount Waverley. Children are taught gymnastics skills to increase balance, coordination, strength & confidence.

一次偶然的机会，我参加了一个跳 舞活动，我们排练，然后登台表演，很 多年都没有过的紧张在登台前重新降 临，心跳得非常快，呼吸困难。之后登 台，却越跳越兴奋，那支舞一点都不专 业，我们跳舞的人年龄最大的有五十多 的，可是大家都很享受，观众的热情也让 我们激情澎湃。表演完以后，除了如释重 负，心中还有满满的喜悦感和成就感。 一直的生活太过于波澜不惊，按部就班， 这种收获的感觉竟让自己又一次感觉到年轻。 于是，我课后又报了跳舞班。家里还有小孩子要 照顾，幸好先生很支持。跳舞班也是非常业余的。老师问我们: “你们 是想要健身，还是什么原因？”我回答：“为了让自己开心。”老师点 头：“是的，跳舞是一种让身体，头脑和灵魂都放松的方式。”我深以 为然。 记得以前在国内，班级里的跳舞，总是要挑选最好看的女生们去 跳，选不中的落落寡欢，选中的高兴之余压力也大。在十几岁的年龄， 我们总是非常关注异性的目光。在同学们面前跳舞，不仅要让女同学指 指点点，也会让男生们品头论足。我们的压力，总是来自于别人的看 法。但是，嫁人了，生了孩子以后，这种压力好像瞬间消失了。曾经有 朋友引用《红楼梦》里面的文字跟我说：“女人嫁人前就是珍珠，嫁人 后便是一颗死鱼眼了。”那时对着还未婚娶的朋友，我并没有办法怎么 解释，只是摇头微笑。现在的我们虽然还是穿衣打扮，可是更多是为自 己开心，毕竟为人妻为人母，总不会再想着吸引其他异性的注意。我喜 欢这种轻松，也享受这种轻松。 其实无论什么活动，跳舞，插花，健身，长跑，弹琴，对弈，折 纸，烹饪，学一门新的语言，三十以后的我们，更应该的是找到自己感 兴趣的东西来尝试一下。很多人说一孕傻三年，这不假，不过它不应该 是我们捆缚于现有生活的借口。我们为了孩子成才奔波于各种兴趣班， 让孩子学钢琴学体育学画画学中文，一天都在围着孩子转，并且无奈地 把这种生活叫做“奉献”，再冠以“母爱”的光环。可是我总想，有一 天孩子长大了呢？继续带孙子？可是我们自己的人生呢？我们的人生不 应该是在嫁人生孩子以后就变成他人的垫脚石。况且，并不需要很多的 时间，只要一天有那么半个小时，坚持下来，就会有不一样的风景。 做这些事情，并不是为了有天能够闻名于世或者钻营钱财，只是在 孩子这颗小树从种子慢慢长成大树的岁月里，我们也有自己的花开瞬 间，与孩子一起惊艳在时光中。 To advertise in Your Child in Monash call 0425 301 986

这是一个微美克人的故事，微美克人是一群小木头人，他们 都是木匠雕刻的。微美克人每天只做一件事，就是给别人贴标 签。有些微美克人歌唱的很好，舞跳得非常棒，他们得到了很多 其他微美克人给他们的标签——金星星；而有些微美克人并不擅 长这些，似乎也没有其他的特长，就被贴上了“灰点点”的标 签。 有个微美克人叫胖哥，他想要跟 别人跳的一样高，却总是摔的四脚朝 天。一旦他摔下来，其他人就会围过 来，为他贴上灰点点。 他特别的灰心，就在这个时候， 他来到了雕刻微美克人的木匠家里。 木匠看见了他，说：“胖哥！过来让 我瞧瞧。” 他问木匠：“你知道我的名 字？” “当然喽！你是我造的啊。” 木匠弯下腰，把胖哥抱到工作台 上。这位创造者看见他身上的灰点， 若有所思地说：“看来，别人给了你 一些不好的记号。” “我不是故意的，我真的很努力 了。” “喔，孩子，你不用在我面前为自己辩护。我不在乎别的微 美克人怎么想。” “ 你不在乎？！” “我不在乎，你也不应该在乎。给你星星或点点的是谁？他 们和你一样，都只是微美克人。他们怎么想并不重要。当你在乎 贴纸的时候，贴纸才会贴的住。”木匠说。 “我不太懂。”胖哥说。 木匠微笑地说：“你会懂的，不过得花点时间。记得，你很 特别，因为我创造了你。我从不失误的。” 胖哥并没有停下脚步，但他在心里想：我想他说的是真的。 就在他这么想的时候，一个灰点掉下来了。
