Manningham Hello and welcome to February 2017 Issue. Hope you all had a great start to the year while enjoying the wonderful warm weather we are having. Are we all ready to start school or kinder? I can tell you that I am very excited about sending my son off to grade 4 this year, I really look forward to the start of a new school year and watching my son grow and change as the years go by, it is one of the most amazing and rewarding feelings in the world. This month we have many great Back to School articles and I have enjoyed reading all of them as well as trying out some of the tips that are suggested. Some of the titles in this issue are Lunch Box Tips, School Refusal, Self Directed Learning and Explaining The Montessori Method. When I get the chance to dine out with my husband we try to look out for foods with a difference and that's what I found when visiting a wonderful new cafĂŠ in Manningham called Wind Chimes CafĂŠ located in Doncaster East, there food and drinks are so colourful and flavour packed. In the month of February Wind Chimes cafe is offering 25% off your bill. How amazing is that! On Page 21. Summer is in full swing now so don't forget to book your kids swimming classes for Term 1 at Westerfolds Sports Centre. Vacancies fill fast so be quick to avoid disappointment. Dancing is a wonderful activity for your children it can be very exciting and a great way for them to keep fit. Here are a few local dance schools to consider.
