Christmas Choco-Mint Cookies Ingredients 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 2 fresh eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips Peppermint Plus Sprinkles (optional) Procedure 1. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together using a hand mixer or a paddle attachment of a stand mixer. Add eggs one at a time, then beat in the vanilla extract. 2. Carefully add 4 to 5 drops of Peppermint Plus. Mix well. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. 4. Stir in the chocolate chips. 5. Chill the dough for at least an hour or overnight before baking. 6. Shape the dough into balls and drop onto a cookie sheet. 7. Pre-heat the oven to 350°C and bake the cookies for 16 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven while still soft, then add sprinkles, if desired. 8. Allow them to cool on the sheet for 3 to 4 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. 14

Quick & Easy Herbed Pasta Ingredients 1 pound uncooked penne pasta 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup chopped fresh basil ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 pints fresh cherry tomatoes 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ½ cup (about 3 ounces) feta cheese, crumbled 3 drops of Oregano Plus 3 drops of Black Seed Oil Procedure 1. Cook pasta (penne rigate) according to package directions. Drain and place cooked pasta in a large bowl. 2. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil, fresh basil, salt, ground black pepper, Oregano Plus, and Black Seed Oil. Toss well to combine. Add 2 more teaspoons olive oil, if needed. 3. In a separate bowl, add tomatoes, garlic, chives, and thyme. 4. Add tomato mixture and parsley to pasta. Toss gently to combine. 5. Sprinkle with feta cheese. 6. Add other preferred ingredients such as tuna, cured meat, or more grilled vegetables, as desired. 18 16
