ABOUT ME
I view textile and fashion as an extension of one’ self or an expression of one’s personal story. Fashion textiles is not only visual clothing but is also the invisible elements included in clothing. As a fashion print designer with woven background, I have always wanted to express my work in multiple forms and to apply personal experience and stories in my design practice. I was exploring to use of textiles functions as a kind of positive propaganda for diversity, challenge the ideals of beauty to create works that spoke to different body stories and a different range of emotions.
My collection made by jacquard woven fabrics which employ art and fashion to explore conceptual and body kinetic possibilities. I place myself as a link between design creator and storyteller through my making skills.
