ADULT FITNESS Strength Training for Women:

60 Minutes | F: $85 M: $107 N:$160 Boost your metabolism, burn calories, help keep your body lean and sculpted with this one time per week workout led by a certified personal trainer. Learn proper weight lifting techniques while safely and effectively strengthening and toning your entire body in just one hour. Fri: 5:30am Sun: 9:00am

Tread and Shred:

75 Minutes | F: $145 M: $189 N:$265 A perfect combination of heart pumping and muscle toning in one 75 minute class. A personal trainer will guide you and your peers through a challenging treadmill walking or running 30 minute workout, immediately followed by a 45 minute strength training workout that focuses on toning and sculpting the total body. Tue/Thu: 8:30am

Lift Heavy, Look Lean for Women:

60 Minutes | F: $145 M: $189 N: $265 Get cut and lean with the use of free weights. Improve your body composition and learn the secrets to replacing fat with muscle. This class meets two times per week and includes pre and post body composition testing using our state of the art Inbody equipment ($50 value). Tue/Thu: 9:45am

Beginner Yoga Series:

60 Minutes | M $49 N $99 This beginner yoga series is perfect of anyone who is new to yoga or would like to create a solid foundation deepening their yoga practice. In this 7-week series, you will be introduced to the core yoga poses that make up a flow class. Each week we will breakdown a series of yoga poses focusing on breath, safe sequencing and alignment. In this series you will build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence to take any yoga flow class. Sat: 10:30am

YOUTH/TEEN FITNESS Race Training:

M $29 N $79 Train for a 5K! Torigian Family YMCA race training will get you up and on your way. Learn the basics of running through the practice of form drills, running intervals and eventually, non-stop running. Proper form and technique is emphasized so that participants can maximize enjoyment and minimize injuries. This progressive series is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal of running an organized race such as 5K. Taking this program will prepare you for the YMCA of Metro North Road Race Series, which starts in April. Sat: 8:30am

Tai Chi:

50 Minutes | M: $58 N: $116 Tai Chi is a moving meditation which focuses and quiets the mind, involving a series of gentle, slow movements and deep breathing. Tai Chi is a great way to reduce stress, while potentially reducing pain from arthritis and improving immune system function. Mon: 10:30am

Team Training Challenge

April 24 - June 18 Get in shape for the summer with our results-driven 8 week program. Team up with other participants, a trainer and a nutritionist to bring your wellness to the next level! You and your teammates will be guided through an 8 week fitness and nutrition program that will be fun, motivating and challenging.

L.I.F.T.: Age 12+

60 Minutes | F: $59 M:$80 N: $120 Lifting Instruction for Teens This weekly one-hour class will teach teens proper technique in weight lifting. Various free weight exercises including squats, dead lifts, bench press and power cleans followed by flexibility are included. Wed: 4:00pm

Teen Sports Conditioning: Age 13 – 17 |

60 Minutes | F:$59 M: $80 N: $120 Looking to get in better shape for sports? Class includes; functional training, balance and agility, while working on improving your performance using power ropes, Bosu, medicine balls, kettle bells and body weight exercises. Mon: 4:00pm ®

Zumba Kids:

45 Minutes | F: $42 M: $65 N: $84 Zumba® Kids is the ultimate dance-fitness party. Class features age appropriate music and moves that gets kids movin’ to the beat. Feel fearless on the dance floor and reinforce the idea that it’s okay to just be yourself! Mon: 10:00am (ages 4-5) Fri: 5:30pm (ages 7-13)

Self Defense:

F: $70 M: $105 N: $140 ages 4+ | 45 Minutes Instruction in the basic skills of Karate, Boxing and Grappling. The instructor is a 6th degree Black Belt, Larry Leavitt. Sun: 11:00am (ages 4-6) Sun: 12:00pm (ages 7+)

• Teams will meet with their trainer twice weekly for an hour. • Group nutrition lecture during the session. • Pre- and Post- fitness evaluations will be conducted to measure improvements in strength, cardio endurance and body composition.
