As a Y member, you will be able to use your Y membership card at any participating Y across the country! As a participant in Nationwide Membership, you must use your home Y at least 50% of the time.

Free Jumpstart and Fitness Orientations All members receive 2 FREE appointments to learn how to use the fitness equipment. Visit the Welcome Center to make an appointment.

Member Referral Program Encourage a friend to sign up for a membership at the YMCA of Metro North and receive a free month of membership! Simply register online as a referrer to be eligible for a free month when you recommend the Y to a friend. Restrictions apply, see branch for details.

Financial Assistance The ACCESS program provides financial assistance to members in need and is funded by generous local donors who wish to help make YMCA services available to the communities we serve.

The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.
