ADULT FITNESS Strength Training for Women:

60 minutes | M: $73 N: $138 Join Melissa, a certified personal trainer, in this results-driven small group training class. Melissa will take you through a TOTALbody workout which focuses on those hard to sculpt areas. In this one-hour class you will strengthen, tone, and sculpt your arms, shoulders and legs, all while burning calories!
Lift Heavy, Look Lean:

Tread and Shred:
60 minutes | M: $85 N: $160 A perfect combination of heart pumping and muscle toning in one class. A personal trainer will guide you and your peers through a challenging treadmill workout, walking or running, mixed in with free weight exercises to tone, sculpt, and blast away body fat. 60 minutes 4 Week Session | FREE for members! Learn the basics of TRX Suspension Training from hooking up the straps, learning how to adjust for intensity, and progressing through exercises. You will leave this class comfortable with the system and ready for the faster paced TRX classes.

This class will show you how to use each piece of equipment we have, as well as give you a “demo” of many of our group exercise offerings. Beginner Yoga Series:
60 minutes 7 Week Session | FREE for members! This beginner yoga series is perfect of anyone who is new to yoga or would like to create a solid foundation deepening their yoga practice. In this 7-week series, you will be introduced to the core yoga poses that makeup a flow class. Each week we will breakdown a series of yoga poses focusing on breath, safe sequencing, alignment and gain confidence to take any yoga flow class.
Adult Basketball League:
M: $125 N:$145 Team: $1,000 Our league is a competitive adult basketball league running for 10 regular season games and playoffs. The purpose of the league is to foster good sportsmanship and community in the spirit and form of competitive basketball. The league is open to men and women, members and non-members of the YMCA. Enhance Fitness:
60 minutes | FREE for members! EnhanceFitness is geared toward older adults of all fitness levels. If you have a chronic condition, such as arthritis, you may be able to gain more strength and independence. You will feel energized—physically, mentally and socially—and be surrounded by people who care about your success.
