YOUTH SPORTS

Energy Express: Ages 2-5

Your young one has a TON of energy! This class is specially designed to allow your child channel their high level of energy into fun fitness activities while also embracing essential learning concepts for this age including creativity, sharing, and functional thinking. Tue: Wed: Thu: Sat:

All-Star Sports Training: Ages 7-12

Learn foundational skills essential for all sports including agility, strength, speed and coordination. Kids will also cover some basic techniques of the most popular sports including soccer and basketball. Thu:

Mini All Stars: Ages 3-5

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:

Ages 6-12 | 60 Minutes This ground based Martial art emphasizes selfdefense techniques. Participants will be taught the discipline and respect. Jiu-Jitsu is great for anyone seeking improved fitness goals, self-defense, competition, or just a way to stay active and healthy! Wed:

Dodgeball: Ages 7-10

Enjoy running, throwing and dodging while learning to work in a team setting. Fun is guaranteed! Tue:

Basketball Skills and Drills:

Class meets once a week and gives players the opportunity to work on all aspects of their game from shooting to dribbling to passing to defense. Occasional games and contests will be mixed with skill-building drills to keep the class fun for all participants. Tue: Wed:

Itty Bitty Baseball League: Ages 4-6 Itty Bitty Baseball League: Join us this Spring for Itty Bitty Baseball. In this t-ball/coach pitch baseball program, children learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun and noncompetitive atmosphere. The main focus of this program is fun and teamwork. Program is for boys and girls 4-6 years old. This program relies on parent volunteers!

This class will offer a new sport each week both traditional and nontraditional! A great class to help see what sports your child naturally gravitates towards.

Nerf Blasters: Ages 7-10

Speed, accuracy and teamwork will be taught to improve fitness. Game is similar to paint ball or laser tag. Goggles required. Bring your own Nerfgun or use one of ours! Tue:

YOUTH ENRICHMENT Literalize: Ages 2-5

In this class kids will be read a book and then they will act it out! Wed:

Paint Night: Ages 6-12

Let your young artists release creativity and imagination through their passion for painting while developing new techniques. Wed:

Creative Movement: Ages 2-5

A joyful way for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. Creative movement uses body actions to: communicate an image (the wind), communicate an idea (a journey) or communicate a feeling (strength). Mon:

Lyrical Jazz Dance: Ages 6-10

A fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques. Lyrical dance challenges dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. A lyrical dancer’s movements attempt to show the meaning of the music. Mon:

Hip-Hop: Ages 6-10

If your little one just loves to move, this class is for them! Age appropriate music and fun, athletic dance steps will be taught during this class. Isolations, popping, & free-style. Mon:

Little Scientists: Ages 2-5

Children will explore the world of science around them through fun, interactive activities, and experiments. Tue/Thur: 10:00am
