All-Star Sports Training: Ages 7-12

Learn foundational skills essential for all sports including agility, strength, speed and coordination. Kids will also cover some basic techniques of the most popular sports including soccer and basketball. Thu:

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:

Ages 6-12 | 60 Minutes This ground based Martial art emphasizes selfdefense techniques. Participants will be taught the discipline and respect. Jiu-Jitsu is great for anyone seeking improved fitness goals, self-defense, competition, or just a way to stay active and healthy! Wed:


Dodgeball: Ages 7-10

Basketball Skills and Drills:

Class meets once a week and gives players the opportunity to work on all aspects of their game from shooting to dribbling to passing to defense. Occasional games and contests will be mixed with skill-building drills to keep the class fun for all participants. Tue: Wed:

Itty Bitty Baseball League: Ages 4-6 Itty Bitty Baseball League: Join us this Spring for Itty Bitty Baseball. In this t-ball/coach pitch baseball program, children learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun and noncompetitive atmosphere. The main focus of this program is fun and teamwork. Program is for boys and girls 4-6 years old. This program relies on parent volunteers!

This class will offer a new sport each week both traditional and nontraditional! A great class to help see what sports your child naturally gravitates towards.

Creative Movement: Ages 2-5

A joyful way for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. Creative movement uses body actions to: communicate an image (the wind), communicate an idea (a journey) or communicate a feeling (strength). Mon:


Lyrical Jazz Dance: Ages 6-10

A fusion of ballet and jazz dance techniques. Lyrical dance challenges dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion. A lyrical dancer’s movements attempt to show the meaning of the music. Mon:

An introduction on the proper use and form when using free weights for women. Boost your metabolism, build muscle, and cut fat while learning how to properly and efficiently use free weights for your intended goals. Tue/Thu: 8:00am

Couch to 5k: 45 Min

F:$70 M:$90 N:$110 | FREE entry to our 5K Build up your ability to run a 5k! You will start with a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until after several weeks you are ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non stop. PERSONAL TRAINING Steady for Life: 60 Min F:$80 M:$120 N:$160

This class is geared towards seniors and is focused on maintaining strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Additionally, this class will focus on increasing stability and balance to help with everyday tasks.

Women’s Self-Defense:

60 Min | F: $90 M: $110 N:&160 This women’s self-defense course will increase self-confidence through awareness and prevention through realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The comprehensive course begins with awarenss, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance and personal safety tips while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. Tue:
