Nationwide Membership With Nationwide Membership, access YMCA facilities across the United States and Puerto Rico at no extra charge. As a Y member, you will be able to use your Y membership card at any participating Y across the country! As a participant in Nationwide Membership, you must use your home Y at least 50% of the time.

Financial Assistance The ACCESS program provides financial assistance to members in need and is funded by generous local donors who wish to help make YMCA services available to the communities we serve.

Family Workout Times Mon-Sun: 11:00am-6:00pm Ages 8-13 may use the fitness center, but MUST be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult!

Free Jumpstart and Fitness Orientations All members receive 2 FREE appointments to learn how to use the fitness equipment. Visit the Welcome Center to make an appointment.

Member Referral Program Encourage a friend to sign up for an adult or family membership at the YMCA of Metro North and receive a free month of membership* Simply have your friend write your name on the member application form to receive your free month. *Referrals prior to January 1, 2018 are not eligible.

Referring member must be in active status for 30 days before they can participate in the Member Referral Program. Restrictions apply, see branch for details.

The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.
