TAE KWON DO Adults Class ages 11+ M 7:00 – 8:00 pm $25/$45 per person per month

MODERN/CONTEMPORARY DANCE This class is for teens 15 years of age and adults only. Younger students must be approved by the instructor, Miss Bernie. This class is for the more advanced student. Students will learn different styles and techniques of modern, such as Horton, Graham, Cunningham, and Limon, to name a few. Improvisation and Mind, Body, and Spirit will be studied to improve student’s creativity. M 6:15 – 7:30 pm $37/$57 ADULT TAP This class is for older teens and adults who want to join the YMCA Tap Company. Students will learn how to tap dance and perform for the community. Come join the fun!! Great exercise, too. T 7:00 – 8:00 pm $30/$50 AQUATIC PERSONAL TRAINING PERSONAL FITNESS The following classes are by appointment only. Please contact Kaitlyn Sennett, Aquatics Director for more information. WATER REHABILITATION EXERCISE Designed specifically for the individual. Classes focus on joint exercise: cervical, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and spine. This program is useful for pre-operative and post-operative athletic injury or trauma injury persons. 8 Week Program Assessment

TRIATHALON TRAINING Stroke mechanics, racing techniques, and stroke efficiency. Learn to set your own workouts. Good for open water technique building for triathlons. 7 - 30 minute sessions

PERSONAL TRAINING Our Certified Personal Trainers are skilled at understanding clients' needs and translating those needs to exercise programs that deliver measurable results. This structured approach will jump start your fit quest with four one on one sessions with your trainer (with the expectation that you will also have three independent workouts per week). This program helps you stay on track with guidance from our personal training staff. By Appointment $50 Members Only BODY COMPOSITION Stay on track or start out fresh and reach your goals. This is a quick and easy method used by our personal training staff to track your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass. By Appointment Complimentary
