When should we STOP exercise?

If you experience any of the following:  Chest pain, which may spread to left neck, shoulder and arm

 a   

Lowers the chance for future heart attacks Lowers blood pressure & cholesterol level Lowers anxiety & depression Reduces the number of future hospital admissions Improves blood sugar control

Improves stamina for daily activities

Improves confidence & sense of well being

When should we exercise? 

When you feel well

At least 1-2hours after meal

Chest palpitations

Shortness of breath

Cold sweat

Nausea or vomiting

Light-headedness
