Please apply cold compress on the operated site for the first 3 days. For example, ice wrapped in a towel, each time not more than 20 minutes.

For the subsequent next 4 days, please apply warm compress on the operated site. For example, a hardboiled egg without shell, wrapped in a towel, each time not more than 20 minutes.
•
You may resume normal diet and rest more, resume activity as tolerated.
•
Please take pain killers as prescribed when necessary.
•
Moderate amount of pain and redness are expected.
•
No heavy exercises or swimming within one month after the surgery .
