Public Notice Monday the 15th day of September 2014. The Yidindji tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yidindji Tribe. It has been bought to the attention of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders that un-named person may attend rallies and or try to disrupt the G20 Finance Ministers meeting being conducted on the Gimuy Yidindji Tribal Territory known by the western world as Cairns, Queensland, Australia The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The Yidindji Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yidindji Tribal Authority. 2. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone and or agree with any such protests and or rallies and or disruptions to the G20 meetings. 3. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT give and or grant any permission to any Yidindji Tribal members to attend and or participate in any protests and or rallies and or disruptions of the G20 meetings. 4. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT give and or grant permission to any person to use and or display the Yidindji Tribal Emblem at any such protests and or rallies and or disruptions of the G20 meetings. 5. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES welcome all G20 Finance Ministers to Gimuy Yidindji Tribal Lands to conduct the G20 meetings in safety. 6. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES agree that the Queensland and Federal Police protect the G20 Finance Ministers from harm and or injury. 7. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES condone the use of force against any persons protesting, rallying and or disrupting the G20 Finance ministers meetings. 8. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES welcome any discussion with law enforcement agencies to ensure that the G20 Finance Ministers meetings are conducted with safety of all persons participating.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Yidindji Tribal Emblem or any part of the Yidindji Tribal Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law. Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission. Page 1! of 2!
