Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem
Friday the 3rd day of March 2023
The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Gurrnggaang (Yidindji Department of Communications & Broadband) is identified by the below identifier.
The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that:
1. The Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem is used to identify the official state service provider under the authority of the Gurrnggaang.
2. The Gurrnggaang Emblem is used to identify property of the Gurrnggaang
3. The emblem of the Yidindji Fone & Internet is the following emblem.
Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem or any part of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission. Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem (whether or not the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem. Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.
Part means but is not limited to any component of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem; these are individual components, Orange circle, Letter Y & FI, with digital signal and or any combination of the aforementioned components.
Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem and or components of the Gurrnggaang Yidindji Fone & Internet Emblem, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
