YIDINDJI NAMING CONVENTIONS & PROTOCOLS (v1.1) The purpose of this document is to identify and correctly address and not cause offence to members of the Yidindji society and or Ministers of the Sovereign Yidindji Government.

All members of the Yidindji society and or the Sovereign Yidindji Government are not Australians, as Yidindji were excluded from the Commonwealth Constitution Act of 1901, the legal foundation document which created ‘Australia’.

Article titles are not prefixed with the English title system (King, Queen, Sir, Mr, MR, Doctor, Professor etc.).

To correctly address a member of the Yidindji society observe the following: Correct examples: Murrumu: Walubara-Yidindji Murrumu: Walubara Murrumu Walubara Yidindji Murrumu Walubara The identification of a Yidindji man and or woman begins with the Sacred name [Murrumu] followed by society clan [Walubara] then Yidindji [optional].

Never use italics and or capital letters when writing and or addressing members of the Yidindji society and or Ministers for the Sovereign Yidindji Government, this will avoid causing offence and harm.

Correct example: Murrumu: Walubara-Yidindji 123 Sample street, City of Gimuy [Cairns],Queensland.

Never use postcodes, abbreviations and or capital letters in the article when addressing a member of the Yidindji society.

The identification of a Minister for the Sovereign Yidindji Government begins with the Sacred name [Murrumu] followed by society clan [Walubara]. In this case the nationality ‘Yidindji’ is not required.

Proceed to use Yidin name for government department [Minjaani Wungarlji], followed by the English translation [Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade] then followed by the Sovereign Yidindji Government.

To correctly address a Minister of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, observe the following: Correct example: Gudju-Gudju Gimuybara Garna Jimmuru, Office of the Chief Minister, Sovereign Yidindji Government. and or, Gaan-Yarra Yalmabara Gulal Dugar, Attorney-General, Sovereign Yidindji Government.

And or, Bukal-Bukal Gimuybara, Dulgu Jubuja, Department of Environment, Sovereign Yidindji Government. and or, Murrumu Walubara Minjaani Wungarlji, Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade, Sovereign Yidindji Government.

All written [non-electronic] correspondence must be sent to the following: Yidindji Tribal people not possessing any State issued evidence of identity required for the opening of a postal box request that you please send all correspondence addressed as below to the following: Correct Example: Attention: Gaan-Yarra.

Care of post office box, 1298, Mareeba, Queensland, Australia.

The Yidindji Tribal people NOT being Australian citizens nor Indigenous Australians do not have the ability to acknowledge and or recognise nor be subject to postcodes or of the jurisdiction QLD. Any correspondence addressed with such markings will be taken as not addressed to the Yidindji Tribal People and returned as “UNCLAIMED�.

Incorrectly addressed correspondence will be seen as an insult to Yidindji Tribal Law acknowledging the Commonwealth of Australia is acting in BAD FAITH to the Yidindji Tribal men and women.

INTRODUCTIONS AT SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS AND OR EVENTS When introducing a member of the Yidindji society and or a Minister of the Sovereign Yidindji Government the correct procedures are as follows: For heads of state and or diplomatic events the prefix ‘Ngalan’ [Sovereign] pronounced ‘Ñya-lun’ is the correct title.

Correct example: Ngalan Gudju-Gudju Gimuybara Yidindji, then Gudju-Gudju of Gimuybara and or Gudju-Gudju thereafter.

For Ministers of the Sovereign Yidindji Government; Correct example: Chief Minister of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Gudju-Gudju Gimuybara then referred to as Chief Minister and or Gudju-Gudju thereafter.

Foreign Affairs & Trade Minister of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Murrumu Walubara then referred to as Foreign Minister and or Murrumu thereafter.

Attorney-General of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Gaan-Yarra Yalmabara then referred to Attorney-General and or Gaan-Yarra thereafter.

Do not refer to members of the Yidindji society and or Ministers of the Sovereign Yidindji Government as; • • • •
