Public Notice Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card Monday, the 27th day of December 2021. The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card is issued to certain Yidindji persons who are compliant with the Covid 19 vaccinations requirements under the Yidindji Vaccination Act. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. Certain Yidindji persons are issued with the Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card as shown in this Notice. 2. The Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card demonstrates the holder’s compliance with the Covid 19 vaccination requirements under all relevant Yidindji Acts and Directives. 3. The Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card is issued under the authority of the Director of Vaccinations in accord with the Vaccination Act 2021. 4. The Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card can be used in lieu of the electronic Yidindji identity covid 19 certificate to demonstrate compliance. 5. The Yidindji citizenship card must be presented along with the Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card when requested. 6. At no stage citizens foreign to the Yidindji Nation within the Yidindji Territory are to discriminate against, or refuse acceptance as to the validity of the Yidindji Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card.
Unlawful use, or possession of Yidindji Covid 19 Vaccination Compliance Card, is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Laws of the Sovereign Yidindji Nation. Use means but is not limited to adverse use, the use without license or permission. Page 1 of 2
