Public Notice G20 Leaders Meeting Brisbane, November 2014 Sunday, the 2nd day of November, 2014 The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the ©Yidindji™ Tribe.

The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders wants to bring to the attention of the world that the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People will have a tribal delegation present in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, at the time of the holding of the G20 Leaders meeting.

The delegation will be present in the capacity as described below.

The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem is used to identify ©Yidindji™ Tribal Authority.

2. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders grants permission for certain Yidindji Tribal members to be present in Brisbane at the time of the holding of the G20 leaders meeting.

3. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT grant nor give permission for any other person to represent, speak on behalf of, and or be present on behalf of, the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People.

4. Any person claiming to represent, speak on behalf of, and or be present at, the G20, on behalf of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People gives mutual consent and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and or any other jurisdiction the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders sees fit.

5. Any person claiming to represent, speak on behalf of, and or attend, any other forum in Brisbane for the duration of the G20 Leaders meeting on behalf of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People gives mutual consent and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and or any other jurisdiction the ©Yidindji™ tribal Council of Elders sees fit.

6. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal delegation WILL NOT be present in Brisbane in any other capacity other than as ©Yidindji™ Tribal members pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 7. The attending ©Yidindji™ Tribal delegation IS NOT a member of the United Nations, Commonwealth of Australia, the State of Queensland, and or any other entity NOT created pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 8. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People ARE NOT constitutionally recognised within the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.

9. The attending ©Yidindji™ Tribal delegation IS NOT pursuant to any other law other than the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 10. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal delegation will be present in Brisbane at the time of the G20 Leaders meeting as independent observers.

11. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone and or agree with any such protests and or rallies and or disruptions to the G20 meetings.

12. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT give and or grant any permission to any ©Yidindji™ Tribal members to attend and or participate in any protests and or rallies and or disruptions of the G20 meetings.

13. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT give and or grant permission to any person to use and or display the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem at any such protests and or rallies and or disruptions of the G20 meetings.

14. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People are a peaceful people.

15. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone any acts of violence.

16. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone the excessive use of ‘force’ by officers of Queensland Police Service and or Australian Federal Police.

17. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone officers of Queensland Police Service and or Australian Federal Police acting outside the jurisdiction and or the authority the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 vests within the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia.

18. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone any other officer and or agent of any member state of the United Nations acting outside the authority that the United Nations Charter and or the individual nations constitutions vests within their respective Parliaments.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem or any part of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem (whether or not the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem, the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People, and or the ©Yidindji™ Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem; these are individual components, ©Yidindji™ Tribal Shield, ©Yidindji™ Tribal Sword, ©Yidindji™ Tribal Spears, ©Yidindji™ Tribal Lands Representation and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblems and or components of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. Any man, woman, or child claiming to be a ©Yidindji™ tribal member will invoke ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and or any other jurisdiction the ©Yidindji™ tribal Council of Elders sees fit.
