Public Notice Yidindji Tribal Members Wednesday, the 8th day of October, 2014. The Yidindji Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yidindji Tribe. The Yidindji Tribal People being concerned that Australian citizens and or officers of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or the State of Queensland, and or Queensland Government have been granted the ability to make laws and or enforcing laws on the Yidindji Tribal People now release this Public Notice. . The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The Yidindji Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yidindji Tribal Authority. 2. The Yidindji Tribal Emblem may only be used with the written consent of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders. 3. The Yidindji Tribal People live pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law. 4. The Yidindji Tribal People DO NOT live pursuant to any other law, including but not limited Commonwealth of Australia, and or State of Queensland, and or Queensland. 5. The Yidindji Tribal People ARE NOT Australian citizens or Queensland citizens. 6. The Yidindji Tribal People ARE NOT constitutionally recognised within the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901. 7. The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 DOES NOT vests in the Parliament of Australia any authority to make laws for the Yidindji Tribal People. 8. The Queensland Constitution Act 1867 DOES NOT vest in the Queensland Parliament, and or Queensland Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yidindji Tribal People. 9. The Constitution of Queensland 2001 DOES NOT vest in the Queensland Parliament, and or Queensland Government any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of the Yidindji Tribal People. 10. The arrest, and or detention, and or interference of a Yidindji Tribal Member by any Australian citizen, Queensland citizen, and or officer of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or Queensland WILL invoke the Yidindji Tribal jurisdiction. 11. Any Australian citizen, and or Queensland citizen, and or officer of the Commonwealth of Australia, and or Queensland invoking Yidindji Tribal jurisdiction Page 1 of 2
