Public Notice Amendment to G20 Public Notice Saturday, the 27th day of September, 2014. The Yidindji Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yidindji Tribe. It has been bought to the attention of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders that point 7 of the Public Notice issued on the 15th day of September 2014 appears vague and uncertain. The Yidindji Tribal People are a peaceful people and now correct the intention of point 7 “The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES condone the use of force against any persons protesting, rallying and or disrupting the G20 Finance ministers meetings.” . The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The Yidindji Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yidindji Tribal Authority. 2. The Yidindji Tribal People are a peaceful people. 3. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone any acts of violence. 4. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone the excessive use of ‘force’ by officers of Queensland Police Service and or Australian Federal Police. 5. The Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders DOES NOT condone officers of Queensland Police Service and or Australian Federal Police acting outside the jurisdiction and or the authority the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 vests within the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia. 6. The intention of ‘the use of force’ as meaning ‘enforcement’ as defined within Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, Schedule 6 as applied to persons within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Australia and or State of Queensland. 7. The intention of ‘persons’ within point 7 as meaning a person so created and therefore subject to the jurisdiction and or the authority the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 vests within the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia. 8. The Yidindji Tribal People ARE NOT constitutionally recognised within the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.
