Public Notice Wulburuuny Department of Cultural Affairs Monday the 5th day of September 2016. The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has reestablished the Department of Cultural Affairs. The Department of Cultural Affairs empowers Yidindji persons to build and sustain culturally vibrant communities by connecting Yidindji to the people, places and points of pride that define Yidindji according to Yidindji protocols and beliefs. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government has the authorisation of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders to create the Department of Cultural Affairs. 2. The Department of Cultural Affairs engages Yidindji by elevating arts, history and culture that plays as an economic driver, a catalyst for the creative sector. 3. The Department of Cultural Affairs is a key ingredient in our quality of life.
