Public Notice Gulal Dugar Emblem Wednesday the 27th day of May 2015 The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Gulal Dugar (Yidindji Department of Attorney-General) is identified by the below identifier.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Gulal Dugar Emblem is used to identify the authority of the Gulal Dugar.

2. The Gulal Dugar Emblem is used to identify property of the Gulal Dugar.

3. The emblem of the Gulal Dugar is the following emblem.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Gulal Dugar Emblem or any part of the Gulal Dugar Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Gulal Dugar Emblem (whether or not the Gulal Dugar Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the Gulal Dugar Emblem.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Gulal Dugar Emblem, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the Gulal Dugar Emblem; these are individual components, Sulphur Crested Cockatoo, Yidindji Law Shield, and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating Gulal Dugar Emblem and or components of the Gulal Dugar Emblem, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
