Tuesday the 12th day of May 2015

The Sovereign Yidindji Government, under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders, make known to the whole world that Yidindji Citizens are persons of Yidindji, enabling the holder of Yidindji Citizenship to say ‘I am Yidindji’.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used to identify Sovereign Yidindji Government Authority. 2. The Yidindji Citizen is created pursuant to the Sovereign Yidindji Government Authority. 3. The Yidindji Citizenship is granted to suitably qualified people by mutual agreement. 4. The granting of Yidindji Citizenship is the beginning of formal membership within the Yidindji society 5. The Yidindji Citizen pledges loyalty to the Sovereign Yidindji Government and its people. 6. The Yidindji Citizen shares in the democratic belief of the Yidindji Society. 7. The Yidindji Citizen respects the rights and liberties of all Yidindji citizens within the Yidindji society. 8. The Yidindji Citizen will uphold and obey the laws and norms of the Yidindji Tribe, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, and the Yidindji society. 9. The Yidindji Citizen does not live pursuant to any other law, including but not limited to Commonwealth of Australia, and or the State of Queensland, and or any other nation. 10. The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 does not vest in the Parliament of Australia any authority to make laws for, and or on behalf of, Yidindji Citizens. Page 1! of 2!
