The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has authorised the resumption of certain Gimuy lands for Government Offices and public purposes.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The land known by the Commonwealth of Australia as 81 Bruce Highway, Edmonton, Queensland has been resumed by the Sovereign Yidindji Government for the establishment of certain Sovereign Yidindji Government offices. 2. The land known by the Commonwealth of Australia as 81 Bruce Highway, Edmonton, Queensland is now known as 81 Gimuy Wanyurr Majay Highway, Gimuy,Yidindji. 3. Any man, woman, child, person, or persons trespassing upon this land will be trespassing pursuant to the laws of the Sovereign Yidindji Government and or the Yidindji Tribal laws and customs, and gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to be tried pursuant to the laws of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, and or the Yidindji Tribal Laws, within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Sovereign Yidindji Government, and or the Yidindji Tribal Nation. 4. Any trespass and or unauthorised entry to this property will automatically invoke Yidindji Tribal Law.
