Public Notice Vehicle Driver Licence Sovereign Yidindji Government Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles Wednesday the 18th day of March 2015 Update Sunday the 7th day of June 2015 The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has been granted authority to issue ‘Commemorative’ Vehicle Driver Licence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Law. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. A person must not drive a motor vehicle on a road within the Yidindji territory unless the person holds a valid Yidindji Drivers Licence or a similar instrument issued under the authority of the Sovereign Yidindji Government authorising the person to drive the vehicle on the road.

2. A valid Yidindji Driver Licence includes the following details of the subject matter: a. Photo of the face b. Name c. Location d. Date issued e. Class/ classes of vehicle allowed to be operated 3. The Mayarra Nyalalji may require the person to produce the person’s Yidindji Driver Licence for inspection.

4. The Yidindji Driver Licence may be used as evidence of identity of the person’s identity.

Unlicensed driver, for a motor vehicle, means a person other than a disqualified driver, who does not hold a valid YIDINDJI Driver Licence authorising the person to drive the vehicle on the road.

Unlawful manufacture, making, and or any other means of constructing of YIDINDJI Driver Licence by anyone other than those prescribed to manufacture and supply, is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, and or Yidindji Tribal Law. Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of YIDINDJI Driver Licence is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the YIDINDJI Driver Licence (whether or not the YIDINDJI Driver Licence is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the YIDINDJI Driver Licence.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the YIDINDJI Driver Licence, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the YIDINDJI Driver Licence; these are individual components, Yidindji Tribal Law Shield, “SOVEREIGN YIDINDJI GOVERNMENT”, “PURSUANT TO YIDINDJI TRIBAL LAW”, and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating YIDINDJI Driver Licence and or components of the YIDINDJI Driver Licence, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
