Public Notice Vehicle Driver Licence Sovereign Yidindji Government Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles Wednesday the 18th day of March 2015 Update Sunday the 7th day of June 2015 The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has been granted authority to issue ‘Commemorative’ Vehicle Driver Licence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Law. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. A person must not drive a motor vehicle on a road within the Yidindji territory unless the person holds a valid Yidindji Drivers Licence or a similar instrument issued under the authority of the Sovereign Yidindji Government authorising the person to drive the vehicle on the road. 2. A valid Yidindji Driver Licence includes the following details of the subject matter: a. Photo of the face b. Name c. Location d. Date issued e. Class/ classes of vehicle allowed to be operated 3. The Mayarra Nyalalji may require the person to produce the person’s Yidindji Driver Licence for inspection. 4. The Yidindji Driver Licence may be used as evidence of identity of the person’s identity.
