Public Notice Vehicle Identification Devices Sovereign Yidindji Government Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles

Saturday the 7th day of March 2015

The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has been granted authority to issue Vehicle Identification Devices (formerly known as a number plate) pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. All vehicles driven on Yidindji roads within Yidindji Territory must be registered and fitted with official Vehicle Identification Device.

2. YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Devices are issued for use on cars, trucks, motorcycles or other on-road machine and or device registered within Yidindji Territory.

3. YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Devices are issued by Sovereign Yidindji Government Department of Vehicle Registration.

4. YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device display three (3) letters and three (3) digits below the wording ‘Sovereign Yidindji Government’.

5. YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Devices bear the words “SOVEREIGN YIDINDJI GOVERNMENT” and “PURSUANT TO YIDINDJI TRIBAL LAW”.

6. YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device fitted to official Sovereign Yidindji Government vehicles consist of gold lettering on a black background as per the example below.

Unlawful manufacture, making, and or any other means of constructing of YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device, by anyone other than those prescribed to manufacture and supply, is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, and or Yidindji Tribal Law.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device (whether or not the YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the YIDINDJI number plate; these are individual components, Yidindji Tribal Law Shield, “SOVEREIGN YIDINDJI GOVERNMENT”, “PURSUANT TO YIDINDJI TRIBAL LAW”, and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device and or components of the YIDINDJI Vehicle Identification Device, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
