The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has appointed Murrumu Walabarra to the position of Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Minjaani Wungarlji. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Minjaani Wungarlji is the primary agency for negotiations in international trade and foreign affairs.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government has the authorisation of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders to create the Minjaani Wungarlji. 2. The Minister for Foreign Affairs is responsible for all non-trade international political, multilateral and legal issues, development assistance matters, consular and passport functions and management of overseas estate. 3. The Sovereign Yidindji Government has appointed Murrumu Walabarra Yidindji to the position of Minister for Foreign Affairs.
