Public Notice Number Plates Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles

Thursday the 1st day of January 2015

The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has been granted authority to issue number plates pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law.

The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. All vehicles driven on Yidindji roads must be registered and fitted with official number plates.

2. YIDINDJI number plates are issued for use on cars, trucks, motorcycles or other onroad machine and or device registered within Yidindji Territory.

3. YIDINDJI number plates are issued by Sovereign Yidindji Government Department of Vehicle Registration.

4. YIDINDJI number plates display three (3) letters and three (3) digits separated by a representation of a Yidindji Law Shield.

5. YIDINDJI number plates for non-official vehicles consist of high contrast colours with the back ground colour being of any colour other than black.

6. YIDINDJI number plates bear the words “YIDINDJI” and or “PURSUANT TO YIDINDJI TRIBAL LAW”.

7. YIDINDJI number plates fitted to official Sovereign Yidindji Government vehicles consist of gold lettering on a black background as per the example below.

Unlawful manufacture, making, and or any other means of constructing of YIDINDJI number plates, by anyone other than those prescribed to manufacture and supply, is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, and or Yidindji Tribal Law.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of YIDINDJI number plates is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the YIDINDJI number plate (whether or not the YIDINDJI number plate is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the YIDINDJI number plate.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the YIDINDJI number plate, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the YIDINDJI number plate; these are individual components, Yidindji Tribal Law Shield, “YIDINDJI”, “PURSUANT TO YIDINDJI TRIBAL LAW”, and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating YIDINDJI number plate and or components of the YIDINDJI number plate, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
