Public Notice Notice of Trespass Yidindji Tribal Soil Friday, the 21th day of November, 2014. The Yidindji Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the Yidindji Tribe. The Yidindji Tribal People by the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make it known that Yidindji Tribal Soil is private property of the Yidindji Tribal People pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law. . The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The Yidindji Tribal Emblem is used to identify Yidindji Tribal Authority. 2. Any person, real or fictitious, that enters, trespasses, claims, or interferes with, Yidindji soil, or fixtures attached to Yidindji soil, without the express written consent of Jangalan Yidindji, will knowingly be committing a crime against the Yidindji Tribal People. 3. Any person, real or fictitious, that interferes with Yidindji Bama, in any manner will knowingly invoke and be subject to Yidindji Tribal Jurisdiction as specified by Yidindji Public Notice 5. 4. The Yidindji Tribal Law vests within the Sovereign Yidindji Government the authority and power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of Yidindji Tribal Territory. 5. The Sovereign Yidindji Government administers Yidindji Tribal Soils through the Yidindji Tribal Lands Act 2014. 6. The Sovereign Yidindji Government administers Yidindji trespass Laws through the Sovereign Yidindji Government Crimes Act 2014. 7. The Yidindji Tribal People pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law grant authority the Sovereign Yidindji Government to enforce the law of trespass through the Yidindji Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2014.
