Public Notice Sovereign Yidindji Government Identifier Thursday the 20th day of November 2014 The primary identifier of the Sovereign Yidindji Government is the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem as shown at the top of this instrument. This emblem consists the seven stars of the Cosmological Yidindji Creator Goopi, over and above a Yidindji Tribal Lore Shield, Yidindji Tribal Lore man Head dress on the top of the shield, Yidindji Tribal Sword supporting the shield and two Yidindji Tribal Spears crossed and in the down position, the Rainbow Serpent supporting the left side of the Shield, the Cassowary supporting the right side of the Shield, all supported on a bed of Wait-a-While leaves. This identifier is not in the public domain, and so may only be used officially or with permission. The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used to identify Sovereign Yidindji Government Authority. 2. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used to identify Sovereign Yidindji Government Property. 3. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used by the Sovereign Yidindji Government Institutions, Courts and Tribunals. 4. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used by statutory and non-statutory authorities.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem or any part of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Law/ Mayaar. Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission. Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem (whether or not the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem. Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the Page 1! of 2!
