Public Notice ©Yidindji™ Affiliations and or Alliances

The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People release this notice to maintain the honour and integrity of the ©Yidindji™ Tribe.

The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders wants to bring to the attention of the world that the ©Yidindji™ Tribal People stand as described below.

The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People now make known to the world that: 1. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal People live pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law on ©Yidindji™ Tribal Territory.

2. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law is represented through the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem.

3. The ©Yidindji™ Tribal Emblem is used to identify ©Yidindji™ Tribal Authority.

4. ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law is not and cannot be subject to any other man made laws on ©Yidindji™ Tribal Territory.

5. ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law is not and cannot be subject to any other tribal people’s law within ©Yidindji™ Tribal boundaries.

6. Only ©Yidindji™ Tribal members living pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law can represent and or speak on matters of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 7. ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law allows certain ©Yidindji™ Tribal members under the direction of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders to form alliances with other tribal peoples.

8. Any affiliations and or alliances formed under the direction of the direction of the ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders do not detract and or derogate ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 9. Any affiliations and or alliances that harm and or injure ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, ©Yidindji™ Tribal People or ©Yidindji™ Tribal Territory can and or may be unilaterally rescinded under ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 10. ©Yidindji™ Tribal People have not completed any official affiliations and or alliances with any other tribal peoples as of today’s date the 6th day of November 2014.

11. Any man, woman or child claiming and or purporting to have an affiliation and or alliance with ©Yidindji™ Tribal Council of Elders, and or ©Yidindji™ Tribal Peoples, and or Sovereign ©Yidindji™ Government will invoke ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law. 12. ©Yidindji™ Tribal People support all other tribal peoples in their quest to revitalise their own respective laws and institutions.

13. ©Yidindji™ Tribal People support the rights of other tribal peoples forming alliances pursuant to their own respective laws and customs.

Any man, woman, or child claiming to be a ©Yidindji™ Tribal member will invoke ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and or any other jurisdiction the ©Yidindji™ tribal Council of Elders sees fit.

Any man, woman, or child invoking ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of ©Yidindji™ Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to ©Yidindji™ Tribal Law and or any other jurisdiction the ©Yidindji™ tribal Council of Elders sees fit.
