Lenten Art and Spiritual Journey

We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 6:1 我們與 神同工的，也勸你們不可徒受他的恩典。 As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.

6:2 因為他說：「在悅納的時候，我應允了你；在拯救的日子，我搭救了你。」看哪，現在正 是悅納的時候！現在正是拯救的日子； 2 For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.

在走向自由和真正生命的路上，我們會遇上內心的苦澀，以及僵固、具毒性的感受，或者內心剛 硬，這些現象有時候也會在身體上表現出來。 岩石象徵著我們內心固和硬化的部分。你的心裡對什麼人事物僵固和硬化 ? 你內心的哪一部分變 成石頭了 ? 你在哪些事上嚴苛了 ? 你什麼時候對別人嚴苛了 ? 你什麼時候對自己既嚴苛又不仁慈 ? 想像一下 , 上帝從這僵固和石化的狀況中讓一股清泉流出。當你內心再度湧出一股清泉時，你有 什麼感覺 ? 我們的心中，可能都存在著許多大小不同的石頭，有一些很大，積了很多年，就這樣壓著。 有一些很小，但卻是散落一地，很難收拾跟掃乾淨。有的堆很高，快要全部崩毀，有一些就是選 擇放著一堆，因為目前可能衝擊力還沒有很強。讓我們一起挖掘與看見不同形狀與大小石頭，透 過文字、色彩或是顏色把它們具象化，也許等到有一天時間到了，我們就可以很清楚地撿起來， 將它們做最好的處置。 在石頭上寫上什麼是苦跟毒 挖出來，向著自己結束了。那一條河是自己走出來的一條路，通過這 石頭，流過，它重新流出甘甜的清泉，也許就在未來的某一天。

8 經文 出埃及記 17:8 Exodus 17:8 17:8 那時，亞瑪力人來在利非訂，和以色列人爭戰。 17:8 The Amalekites came and attacked the Israelites at Rephidim.

17:9 摩西對約書亞說：「你為我們選出人來，出去和亞瑪力人爭戰。明天我手裡要拿著 、 神的杖，站在山頂上。」 17:9 Moses said to Joshua, "Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands."

17:10 於是約書亞照著摩西對他所說的話行，和亞瑪力人爭戰。摩西、亞倫，與戶珥都上了 山頂。 17:10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill.

17:11 摩西何時舉手，以色列人就得勝，何時垂手，亞瑪力人就得勝。 17:11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning.

17:12 但摩西的手發沉，他們就搬石頭來，放在他以下， 他就坐在上面。亞倫與戶珥扶著他的手，一個在這邊，一個在那邊，他的手就穩住，直到日 落的時候。 17:12 When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up--one on one side, one on the other--so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

17:13 約書亞用刀殺了亞瑪力王和他的百姓。 17:13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword.

17:14 耶和華對摩西說：「我要將亞瑪力的名號從天下全然塗抹了；你要將這話寫在書上作 紀念，又念給約書亞聽。」 17:14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven."

17:15 摩西築了一座壇，起名叫「耶和華尼西」（就是耶和華是我旌旗的意思）， 17:15 Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner.

17:16 又說：「耶和華已經起了誓，必世世代代和亞瑪力人爭戰。 17:16 He said, "For hands were lifted up to the throne of the LORD. The LORD will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation."

舉手與垂手之間，手，可以挑起戰爭，然而手，在我的 身體麽末端，連接我們的軀體，穩住我的心，每一支手 指頭都有不同的意義。手似乎也是與人類、大自然、與 萬物和另一個超能量的媒介。 《祈禱的手》是德國畫家杜樂的一幅鋼筆素描，他是中 世紀北方文藝復興偉大的藝術家，畫作背後是一則愛與 犧牲的故事。 距離今天五百多年後，手所傳達出來的能 量，歷經了人類的生命、祝福，也代表了虔誠與恆久的 祝福。 合著掌心向著主，這雙手正是杜樂好友京斯坦的手的特 寫，手長滿了繭，指甲破舊，是一雙佈滿皺紋的手。京 斯坦正祈禱著身邊的夥伴杜樂能夠克服在當時貧窮的生 活，仍然不放棄藝術創作的夢想，築夢而踏實。 邀請大家騰出自己的手，不管是左手還是右手，用一個 最貼近你自己的一支筆，在最靠近手的地方，將他的形 狀描繪下來。每一根手指頭，指向不同的祝福。 上帝的手總是很有具能量的賜予我們在祝福之中，不同 的個體不同的差異。領受神的祝福我們會怎麼去接受跟 接受呢？

10 經文 出埃及記 34:1-9 Exodus 34:1-9 34:1 耶和華吩咐摩西說：「你要鑿出兩塊石版，和先前你摔碎的那版一樣；其上的字我要寫在 這版上。 34:1 And the Lord said to Moses, Make two other stones like the first two; and I will put on them the words which were on the first stones, which were broken by you.

34:2 明日早晨，你要預備好了，上西奈山，在山頂上站在我面前。 34:2 And be ready by the morning, and come up on Mount Sinai, and come before me there in the morning, on the top of the mountain.Exodus 34:3 34:3 誰也不可和你一同上去，遍山都不可有人，在山根也不可叫羊群牛群吃草。」 34:3 No one is to come up with you, and let no man be seen anywhere on the mountain; let no flocks or herds come near to get their food at its foot.

34:4 摩西就鑿出兩塊石版，和先前的一樣。清晨起來，照耶和華所吩咐的上西奈山去，手裡拿 著兩塊石版。 34:4 So Moses got two stones cut like the first; and early in the morning he went up Mount Sinai, as the Lord had said, with the two stones in his hand.

34:5 耶和華在雲中降臨，和摩西一同站在那裡，宣告耶和華的名。 34:5 And the Lord came down in the cloud and took his place by the side of Moses, and Moses gave worship to the name of the Lord.

34:6 耶和華在他面前宣告說：「耶和華，耶和華，是有憐憫有恩典的 神，不輕易發怒，並有 豐盛的慈愛和誠實， 34:6 And the Lord went past before his eyes, saying, The Lord, the Lord, a God full of pity and grace, slow to wrath and great in mercy and faith.

34:7 為千萬人存留慈愛，赦免罪孽、過犯，和罪惡，萬不以有罪的為無罪，必追討他的罪，自 父及子，直到三、四代。」 34:7 Having mercy on thousands, overlooking evil and wrongdoing and sin; he will not let wrongdoers go free, but will send punishment on children for the sins of their fathers, and on their children's children to the third and fourth generation.

34:8 摩西急忙伏地下拜， 34:8 Then Moses quickly went down on his face in worship.

34:9 說：「主啊，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你在我們中間同行，因為這是硬著頸項的百姓。又求 你赦免我們的罪孽和罪惡，以我們為你的產業。」 34:9 And he said, If now I have grace in your eyes, let the Lord go among us, for this is a stiff-necked people, and give us forgiveness for our wrongdoing and our sin, and take us for your heritage.

出埃及記 29-35 Exodus 34:29-35 34:29 摩西手裡拿著兩塊法版下西奈山的時候，不知道自己的面皮因耶和華和他說話就發了光。 34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him 34:30 亞倫和以色列眾人看見摩西的面皮發光就怕挨近他。 34:30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.

34:31 摩西叫他們來；於是亞倫和會眾的官長都到他那裡去，摩西就與他們說話。 34:31 And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them.

34:32 隨後以色列眾人都近前來，他就把耶和華在西奈山與他所說的一切話都吩咐他們。 34:32 And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh: and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai.

34:33 摩西與他們說完了話就用帕子蒙上臉。 34:33 And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face.

34:34 但摩西進到耶和華面前與他說話就揭去帕子，及至出來的時候便將耶和華所吩咐的告訴以 色列人。 34:34 But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.

34:35 以色列人看見摩西的面皮發光。摩西又用帕子蒙上臉，等到他進去與耶和華說話就揭去帕 子。 34:35 And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him.

藝術靈修 這時候你走到一個很熟悉的大自然，是你期待已久但也許久未見的地方。打開感官，感受山上 的風、聽聽鳥叫聲。用你的眼睛去感受一下太陽曬進樹梢與葉片垂落下來的光，感受微風、寒 冷進入你毛細孔的冷到溫暖 ! 感受一下土壤的味道、濕氣，腳踏在上面行走的感覺。 此時，在眼前有一扇門，邀請夥伴們舉起手輕輕地去碰觸那扇門，在還沒開啟這一扇門前，先 想像越過這扇門另一端的空間裡，這是一個全然包容你的地方。屬於你心靈的家。那是奥秘的 上帝邀請你住在你裡面的空間，你可以在此找到家的歸屬感。 感受一下門的溫度、質感，是熱的、溫暖的還是涼涼的？是含有木香的粗糙木造、還是光滑冰 涼的金屬，或是有其他厚重的材質呢？這一扇門，是全部開啟、半開還是隱約關閉的呢？把屬 於自己獨一無二的那扇門畫下來。 還記得我們上週一起創作的祈禱的手嗎？手因為滿載祝福滿滿地長出來了，有不同的顏色、不 同的價值觀，但都為愛與希望而禱告，它能傳遞能量給我很遙遠的家人、朋友、或是即將快要 逝去的親人。走近一點看看那是什麼樣的一扇門，如果門剛好也打開了，你看到了什麼？

求你不要叫我受苦！」 8:28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.

8:31 鬼就央求耶穌，不要吩咐他們到無底坑裡去。 8:31 And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep.

8:32 那裡有一大群豬在山上吃食。鬼央求耶穌，准他們進入豬裡去。耶穌准了他們， 8:32 And there was there an herd of many swine feeding on the mountain: and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into them. And he suffered them.

8:33 鬼就從那人出來，進入豬裡去。於是那群豬闖下山崖，投在湖裡淹死了。 8:33 Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.

8:34 放豬的看見這事就逃跑了，去告訴城裡和鄉下的人。 8:34 When they that fed them saw what was done, they fled, and went and told it in the city and in the country.

8:35 眾人出來要看是甚麼事；到了耶穌那裡，看見鬼所離開的那人，坐在耶穌腳前，穿著衣服， 心裡明白過來，他們就害怕。 8:35 Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

8:36 看見這事的便將被鬼附著的人怎麼得救告訴他們。 8:36 They also which saw it told them by what means he that was possessed of the devils was healed.

8:37 格拉森四圍的人，因為害怕得很，都求耶穌離開他們；耶穌就上船回去了。 8:37 Then the whole multitude of the country of the Gadarenes round about besought him to depart from them; for they were taken with great fear: and he went up into the ship, and returned back again.

8:38 鬼所離開的那人懇求和耶穌同在；耶穌卻打發他回去，說： 8:38 Now the man out of whom the devils were departed besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying, 8:39 「你回家去，傳說 神為你做了何等大的事。」他就去，滿城裡傳揚耶穌為他做了何等大 的事。 8:39 Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.

16 藝術靈修 還記得昨天的那一扇門嗎？屬於你自己獨一無二的門， 我們在門外，看見那期盼很久祈禱的手和祝福，就讓我們一起打開門吧！ 在門的另一端，就像是身處在「格拉森」，那「污鬼自在」的地方，這一些恐懼就藏在隱藏的 空間角落，長滿了蜘蛛網，無止盡烏黑的隧道，帶著很多未知的恐懼、誤解與衝突，常讓人迷 失自我。 邀請大家把自己的鑰匙孔或是隧道畫下來。你的鑰匙孔是什麼形狀，是能夠輕易解鎖的嗎？ 旁 邊的空間是什麼顏色？在穿越這烏黑且狹宰的空間時，是否常感到害怕？有光線透進來嗎？ 上帝的手必引導我，黑按也不能遮蔽我，使你不見，黑夜卻如白晝發亮。神給我們一把神奇信 心鑰匙，開啟人生重重的困難。取得這把藥時的方式。 邀請夥伴們在完成作品後，用剪刀將鑰匙孔打空。在結束完禱告後，花一點時間找找你心中的 鑰匙。

經文 利未紀 19:2-15 Leviticus 19:2-15 19:2 「你要吩咐以色列全會眾，對他們說：你們要成為聖，因為我耶和華－你們的上帝是神聖 的。 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

19:15 「你們審判的時候，不可不公正；不可偏護貧窮人，也不可看重有權勢人的臉，總要公 平審判你的鄰舍。 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour. 馬太福音 25:40,45 Matthew 25:40,45 25:40 王回答他們說：『我實在告訴你們，這些事你們做在我弟兄中一個最小的身上，就是做 在我身上了 .

藝術靈修

今天邀請大家來畫畫看屬於自己的十字架，在經文當中，耶穌是公義跟聖潔的，而十字架對每 一個人來說是不同的詮釋，每天的十字架都會不一樣。 首先，我們先從先從十字架的輪廓開始，慢慢把關注放到十字架的形式、樣貌上。運用簡單或 是複雜的線條，把十字架浮現的畫面記錄在紙上。 接著，思考十字架裡面的色彩，聖潔與公義的耶穌是什麼樣的顏色？在決定顏色的同時，一邊 感受筆觸在紙上的接觸，顏色又是從中心開始還是邊邊開始著色呢？ 最後一部分，自由地根據當下的需要，在十字架的外圍增加些什麼。像是連結到一顆心、自由 的翅膀。或是連結到還不認識這一個信仰的人、在遭受苦耐的人，可望十字架像是大樹一樣， 向下扎根，周圍長出花草，豐沛的生命力。在石頭的隙縫中流出甘泉。

去成就：或譯所命定）的事上必然亨通。 55:11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

藝術靈修 嘗試在經文中，描繪對於水的感受。聽著音樂，在紙上最延續綿延不斷地線條。 接著邊看著畫的線條，把手指頭畫出 3D 的線條，把紙張變成像是在空中的畫布。隨著音樂的 節奏，手指頭在空間中移動這些細微的動作，彷彿在絲絲細流的水面上繪畫出美麗的波紋。 每一個手指的動作，都如同音符一樣，穿越時空，帶領我們進入一個純粹的感受世界，就像是 水的記憶，輕輕地在我們的意識中泛起漣漪。 最後把身體對於水的感動，慢慢留在桌邊或是身體的某個位置。用心靈，將這份感動一點一滴 地記錄下來，讓它成為我們心中永恆的一部分。

3:3 約拿就照耶和華的話起來，到尼尼微去。尼尼微是一座極大的城，約有三天的路程。 3:3 Jonah obeyed the word of the LORD and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very important city--a visit required three days.

3:4 約拿進城，走了一天，宣告說：「再過四十天，尼尼微要傾覆了！」 3:4 On the first day, Jonah started into the city. He proclaimed: "Forty more days and Nineveh will be overturned."

3:5 尼尼微人就信服上帝，宣告禁食，從最大的到最小的都穿上麻衣。 3:5 The Ninevites believed God. They declared a fast, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.

3:6 這消息傳到尼尼微王那裏，他就從寶座起來，脫下朝服，披上麻布，坐在灰中。 3:6 When the news reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, took off his royal robes, covered himself with sackcloth and sat down in the dust.

3:7 他叫人通告尼尼微全城，說：「王和大臣有令，人、畜、牛、羊都不可嘗任何東西，不可吃， 也不可喝水。 3:7 Then he issued a proclamation in Nineveh: "By the decree of the king and his nobles: Do not let any man or beast, herd or flock, taste anything; do not let them eat or drink.

3:8 人與牲畜都要披上麻布，切切求告上帝。各人要回轉離開惡道，離棄自己掌中的殘暴。 3:8 But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God. Let them give up their evil ways and their violence.

3:9 誰知道上帝也許會回心轉意，不發烈怒，使我們不致滅亡。」 3:9 Who knows? God may yet relent and with compassion turn from his fierce anger so that we will not perish."

3:10 上帝察看他們的行為，見他們離開惡道，上帝就改變心意，原先所說要降與他們的災難， 他不降了。 3:10 When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he had compassion and did not bring upon them the destruction he had threatened.

11:30 約拿怎樣為尼尼微人成了神蹟，人子也要照樣為這世代的人成為神蹟。 11:30 For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

11:31 在審判的時候，南方的女王要起來定這世代的人的罪，因為她從地極而來，要聽所羅

門智慧的話。看哪，比所羅門更大的在這裏！ 11:31 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

在信仰中找到安全感，不管是心裡或是生理的層次，有向內連結跟自己的關係，找到自己的定 位，選擇與付出的舒適感。而外在的掌控性在變動的環境中飄搖不定時，如何重新調整，找到 彈性跟穩定的感覺，讓生活可以在我的掌控以內。 「身心容納之窗」(Window of Tolerance) 這個詞彙，最早由美國精神科醫師 Dan Siegel 所提 出的，意旨「一個人面對壓力來襲時，身心可承受的範圍」，其認為每個人都有一個自動調節 情緒的範圍，當情緒落在 身心容納之窗的範圍內，副交感神經系統中的腹面迷走神經活耀， 人們的身心狀 態可以容納適度的壓力，彈性的調整負向情緒，並可以集中注意力在進行的事 情 上，順暢的與他人溝通，感覺當下的身體感受以及情緒。 而每個人的容納之窗寬度都不相同，會因著個人成長背景、學習經歷、創傷事件、壓力因應方 式等，而有所差異 【SCOPE 身心安頓法】SE 讓自己與他人身心安頓的方法「SCOPE」 感謝周昕韻諮商心理師提供資料，分享在不安與動盪之中能夠讓自己安頓平穩的方法，連結到 當下的五感，視覺、聽覺、味覺、嗅覺、觸覺，找到定錨跟連結。 S: slow down 慢下來 C: connect to body 與身體連結 O: orient 定向 P: pendulate 擺盪 E: engage 投入友善的互動之中 1. Pendulate 擺盪。去感知身體哪裡緊繃不適，與哪裡比較舒服；讓覺知擺盪在兩者之間，例 如肩膀緊繃，但大腿放鬆，那就把注意力放在大腿，不評價專一有效地觀察大腿，再不評價專 一有效地觀察肩膀。讓注意力自由在身上的部位轉移，記得一樣速度是慢慢擺盪的 5. 藝術靈修 「最後的晚餐」一詞，是以耶穌的視角而論，是祂道成了肉身在世上的最後一餐。但對我們這 些跟隨基督的人而言，「逾越節的筵席」如同古時的以色列人，領受了從主而來的白白恩典， 離開埃及，邁步走一條主所引領、聖經所應許的道路。 謝飯禱告是日常生活中與上帝基本的對話。保羅告訴我們：「要常常喜樂，不住地禱告，凡事

藝術靈修 手放回桌上，感受一下又熱度的餐，想像一下你正坐在你所愛的人的身邊，快樂的、感恩的、 想像飢餓的，跟你很久沒有一起吃飯，你所愛人跟的你的家人都在您身邊，感受到他們溫度。 透過吃飯，串起餐桌上的你們的緊密關係感謝與緊密關係。 祈禱也可以是一種親密和個人的關係。上帝已經在基督裏臨到我們中間 。 保羅告訴我們：「要常常喜樂，不住地禱告，凡事謝恩，因為這是神在基督耶穌裡向你們所 定的旨意。」（帖撒羅尼迦前書五章 16-18 節） 「三八」國際婦女節或國際勞動婦女節 感謝在台灣跟英國的很多媽媽，總為我們準備豐盛的 餐點。

經文 約翰福音 15:1-5 John 15:1-5 15:1「我是真葡萄樹，我父是園丁。 15:1 "I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower.

15:2 凡在我身上不結實的枝條，他便剪掉；凡結實的，他就清理，使他結更多的果實； 15:2 He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and everyone that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit.

15:3 你們因我對你們所講的話，已是清潔的了。 15:3 You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you.

15:4 你們住在我內，我也住在你們內。正如枝條若不留在葡萄樹上，憑自己不能結實；你們若 不住在我內，也一無所能。 15:4 Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me.

藝術靈修 邀請大家想像一下自己坐在一棵巨大的葡萄樹下，想像你跟神的關係，他可能是一道光，可 能是一個感覺、可能是葉子傻在地上的落葉、或是可能是一個聲音或是面容。 如果我們把「葡萄树」比喻成為基督徒彼此同為肢體、基督徒與耶稣基督的關係。一棵樹的 出生、灌溉跟枝枒到結果，是一個奇妙的過程，需要有光有水有適合生長的土壤，讓這一些 關係的以緊密關聯，也得以茁壯跟成長。 此次的靈修藝術嘗試一個新的方法，一起畫一個樹木，期待這一棵樹擁有大家的參與也有一 起的祝福，也重新看見台灣到英國我們彼此的連結。從樹和樹幹間，長出盼望、期待跟等待。 最後我們一起在葡萄樹下默想，倚靠、居住、連結、抓住、持續在祂裡面，在葡萄園的圖像 裡，基督徒找到自己的定位及身分，那就是「我們是枝子」。 愛祂所愛的善、恨祂所恨的惡、 想祂所講的話、憐憫祂所憐憫的人。抓住也珍惜供應生命的葡萄樹。在人生的旅程上完成目 標。

我們常常會用花瓶代表華麗且虛幻的外表，花瓶會襯托花的美，但最終它只是配角。 花瓶讓植物在一個有框架的瓶子裡生長，花終究會在這裡結束生命，那花又麼能跟這框架他的 花瓶互襯奇美，一朵原本可能不適合這個小花瓶的玫瑰花，那他們著在有限的框架裡、突破環 境給他的藩籬，衝出自己的姿態和活出自己的自由呢？ 你的藩籬是什麼呢？當時的宗教圈子裏被視為不被接納的圈外人，受到當時宗教文化的排擠， 被禁止參加團體的禮拜。因為一些外在因素，對上帝的信仰受到一些牽連與阻礙。 這些困境，和我們現今不同文化情境下許多人的經驗有類似之處，這一些藩籬，可能是生體上 的、心理上的、環境上的，具象的或抽象的。

藝術靈修 信仰的臣服不會一蹴而就，而是一段漫長的旅程，一次信任的行走，一種逐漸的放手、忘卻 和交出。 沒有人在第一次甚至第二次嘗試時就這樣做。 慾望和渴望必然更加顯著深刻和擴 大。寫下你信仰之旅中的一個重要時刻。 那一刻你必須信任誰？ 另一個人？ 上帝？ 你自 己？

1. 在這信仰的旅程中，曾經有一個特別的時刻，那是我必須放下自己的渴望和追求的時刻。 我曾經在白紙上寫下許多我近期渴望的事物，這些包括了家庭、關係、事業、生活等等，這 些是我們「自認為的好」，也靠著自己努力追求著。然而，在現實中，我發現自己似乎難以 滿足這些期望，也無法達成這些目標。在白紙上寫或是畫下近期的渴望 / 在意的人事物（申 33:27）用寫的或是用記錄在紙上。

聖靈的感動使我們能夠進入神的面前，成為聖徒的一份子，成為神家中的一員，也是神藉著聖 靈的居住所。 常常有人說，他們被聖靈感動，但有時候這感動難以言喻，難以描述。有時候，我們只是在當 下停下來，感受這份流動，感到自由和放鬆。不論我們身處台灣還是英國的教堂，我們會發現 不同的空間和語言，但更多時候，教堂的彩繪玻璃會讓光線在其中產生多種變化，以不同的節 奏觸動我們的靈魂。我們在教堂前停下，傾聽、觀看或觸摸那透明的介質，在藝術家能夠控制 的圖像和自然光之間停留，感受這份平靜的能量。不知道大家是否有類似的經驗，被聖靈感動 的瞬間？ 想像一下一張紙是你的身體。將紙摺成幾個區塊，可能代表身體的某些部位，或與你的身體有 關的直覺感受。使用顏色和質感，揉捏紙張，仿佛在水中流動，或者如同山一樣可靠。 這就像一棵結滿果實的樹，觸摸她的感覺，淡淡的一層一層的。這些層次中是否有什麼在移動？ 聆聽神的聲音，那是絕對的自由和力量。這聲音可以超越生命經驗的界限，超越我們自己的能 力限制。有時候，它可能是一些話語，神的話語，或者一個想法在我們的心靈中閃現，雖然難 以言喻。上帝也藉著聖靈的住在我們內心，給予我們思想、情感和意志。讓我們感受並模仿神 的愛，這是一種神聖的愛。 最後，將一切匡在身體內，與神同在，用一個軀體匡起來。聖靈被派遣居住在信耶穌的人內， 以幫助我們在信徒的生命中結出屬靈的果實，不斷地成長。"

藝術靈修 我們都需要光，使黑暗能被照亮，也使我們能看見，但光從哪裡來？聖經說到「人點燈，不 放在斗底下，是放在燈臺上，就照亮一家的人。」 我們先環顧所處的空間，從物理的角度看，桌上的燈或是從窗外照進的亮光，都使房間能被 點亮，試著放眼觀察，我們現在所處的空間裡，光源來自哪裡？我們就將所處的空間平面圖 似的描繪下來，再用簡單的圖示，在這個空間上，將所有的光源標示出來。 然而，這只是肉眼所能見的光，從屬靈的角度來試想，我們所在的環境，又有哪些東西能成 為「屬靈」的亮光？我們是否能夠找到、畫下或標示出多少肉眼所看不見的亮光？也許是聖 經、門框上的經文吊牌、抽屜裡也許有的經文卡，或是弟兄姊妹手做的卡片···等等，這 些屬靈的亮光又帶著多大的光芒？能夠照亮黑暗或低谷中的我們。 最後，神說「你們是世上的光。 你們的光也當這樣照在人前，叫他們看見你們的好行為， 便將榮耀歸給你們在天上的父」，試想「我們」在這張紙上的哪裡？或許那份量就如同我們 在世上的渺小，但神說我們能成為照亮世界的光，寫下或畫下你看到這個世界哪裡需要神的 光？也許是家庭、社區、國家、難民、兒童等等，透過所選的色彩代表自己，畫出透過我們 而來照出神的光芒吧！同時，也默想著我們在實際生活中，能如何叫世界透過我們，看到神 的光與榮耀。

太初有道，神的話如光，是一切萬物的起源，祂是一切的造物主，默想在創世紀最一開始那段 神造萬物的景象，想像眼前的那一張白紙就是創世以前的世界，除了神以外什麼都沒有，接著 神說要有光，於是對折這張紙一次，分成兩半的摺痕如同神把光與暗分開了，神又說要分開水 和空氣，造了天地，於是紙再對折一次，打開對折過兩次以後的紙，正中央剛好就是一個大十 字架的折痕，就如同上帝無形中撐起了整個世界。 在神為中心之下，神的話如光芒，是永不止息的運行在這個世界上，讓我們選擇那代表神的光 的色筆，從白紙上十字架摺痕的正中心出發，想像著神的靈運行般的，讓筆不離紙的一筆畫到 底，我們所描繪出的線條看起來是如何呢？或許像波浪、旋渦或光芒般的發散，這些筆走過的 足跡，是否就像神的話在你我的生命中照亮的痕跡？ 因著神在你我的生命中持續動工運行著，祂的話也逐漸照亮我們那些隱而未現的罪，神說：「光 照在黑暗裡，黑暗卻不接受光」，看看在紙上那些線條之間還沒有走到的空白處，問問自己， 生命中有什麼仍是黑暗的？是我們還無法接受神來照亮掌權的？讓我們用順服的心，誠實地在 那些線條的空白處寫下來，並且用禱告，來讓神的話走進填滿這些間隔中，就如同神的光完全 的照亮黑暗。

藝術靈修 我們都是罪人，罪的工價乃是死，沒有一個人能逃離這個死，不論是自己知道的、不知道的或 隱而未顯的罪，原先本該是聖潔的身份，都被罪給染黑了，就如同眼前這張白紙，將被顏色給 佈滿，你我是否願意誠實面對自己的罪？讓我們試著邊默想、認罪，並以不同的顏色代表那罪， 用塗鴉的筆觸畫在紙上，就如同紀錄下我們的罪狀，讓那些黑暗中的罪一一顯露出來。 畫著畫著，發現這張紙的重量越來越重，就如同罪的毒鉤使我們更佳的絕望，然而，有一位神， 誠然擔當我們的罪，受難夜的前夕，耶穌擘開餅說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨的···」接 著也拿起杯說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約，你們每逢喝的時候，要如此行，為的是記念我。」 耶穌獻上自己當作羔羊，祂的身體為我們破碎，祂的寶血為我們而流，那滿滿的罪狀都因著祂 一筆勾銷了！因此讓我們將那張紙撕碎吧，撕碎的過程，去更深的體會這些碎片就如同耶穌的 身體，為你我捨的···縱然痛，祂因著愛我們，甘心為著你我的罪而死的。 最後，也因著耶穌的復活，罪不在能轄制我們了，祂說只要我們認罪，祂就赦罪，一切都是新 的，我們能用拼貼畫的方式，將那些碎片在另一張紙上拼貼出另一個新的畫作，可能是新的自 己、新的意象、生命的杯、十字架的愛或上帝的榮耀⋯等，因著耶穌，我們的生命能被醫治更 新，變的不再一樣，就如同這些碎片也能拼貼出嶄新的畫作。

真實面對內心 耶穌遭受背叛，接受審問鞭打，然後被定罪行刑。偽善的宗教領袖如除掉心頭大患般地煽動釘 死耶穌，連那些擁護耶穌為王，迎接祂進入聖城的群眾也都附和著：「釘祂十字架，釘祂十字 架」。在此起彼落的叫喊聲中，和耶穌最親近的門徒，各個落荒而逃，連彼得都三次撇清與耶 穌的關係。拖著傷痕累累的軀體，扛著沉重的行刑木頭，心力交瘁的耶穌，無力再望向夾道圍 觀的群眾，步伐蹣跚地走著，在跌倒之後只能咬著牙再繼續踉蹌前進。疼痛椎心刺骨，兵丁每 敲一下釘子，耶穌不禁淒厲哀號。最後氣若游絲的耶穌，用僅存的力氣吶喊：「我的上帝，我 的上帝，祢為什麼離棄我？」 曾幾何時，我們不敢真實面對自己的內心感受，特別會因為身分而有所保留；也可能因為曾經 不被同理，而選擇緘默不語。這樣的情緒，本以為僅是暫時存放，卻忽略這是一種壓抑。值此 受難週，讓我們放慢步伐，細心察覺感受身邊人的一顰一笑，用心觀察路旁的一草一木，注意 街道上的一磚一瓦，然後享受體驗周遭的一切，勇敢自然地表達內心感受。

默想：我只能對上帝敬畏感謝讚美和祈求嗎？可不可以在聽不到、感受不到祂的時候大聲怒吼？ 能否在各種撕裂拉扯、感覺得不到祂回應的時候，向祂傾吐和吶喊？ 祈禱：上帝，請憐憫我；耶穌，請記得我；聖靈，請感動我。願我能夠坦然站在三一上帝面前， 不必刻意修飾，並能仔細察覺生活中的點滴。奉主耶穌的名，阿們。 行動：用緩慢速度徒步走一段路程，欣賞察覺四周的人事物，行進中可以把自己的情緒毫不保 留地向上主傾訴。

藝術靈修 主題：釘痕手 器材：五支色筆、一張白紙 步驟： 1. 描出自己一隻手的輪廓 2. 描寫釘痕：在手臂上釘十架的位置，用筆點刻畫，不停的點著，可以規則或不規則，可以同 色也可以換顏色。同時思想著，這些點點或許就像是兵丁一次次的敲打，痛的入骨，卻也發散 地超出了身體⋯ 3. 描寫感受：在手指和手掌處用圖騰影像或文字，描寫耶穌當下可能的負面情緒和感受。而這 些感受會不會也是你近期的一些感受呢？讓我們誠實、真誠地將他們一一描繪出來 4. 與主相連：讓我們換個顏色，這些耶穌的、我們的負面感受，都是真實而難受的，但似乎卻 也讓我們更加貼近了祂。最終，我們的苦痛將與耶穌的釘痕相連，與祂同在一處，一起仰望、 等候那復活得勝的時刻。

壁畫：這壁畫描繪了耶穌從生到死的過程 . 十架耶穌的腳下有玫瑰，代表以愛 面對死神、暴力、權勢、謊言及背叛 . 黑色的太陽令人恐懼，仰頭問天的，禱 告以對的，流淚哀傷環繞四周的，憤怒，無奈的 . 旁邊卻是一隊天軍吟詩吹號 舞蹈著，還有撚骰子的羅馬士兵，天使聞著花香 ... 詩篇說哀傷變歡喜即如此吧 !

Reflections

對於大齋期的靈修旅程 , 一開始我毫無頭緒 , 毫無概念 . 只是以為是線上讀經 --- 有一位牧師帶領我 們禱告讀經 , 討論聖經中上帝要傳達的意思 . 後來經郁分牧師稍微解說才知道經由這 40 天的半小時 的靈修提升自我的屬靈生命。 在 40 天的靈修活動中 , 我只參與 30 天 , 但每次的活動中 , 我學會如何在短短 5-8 分鐘學會放鬆專 注使自己進入與上帝同在的情境中 , 雖然有時候會被其他外在環境的雜務打斷，但很快就可以回到 靈修的情境中。 在活動的過程中 , 在「藝術的靈修的情境」是我最受感動的地方 . 每次的活動總是能讓我深刻省視 內心 . 有時候看看別人的創作 , 也能引發心中的共鳴或不同的思維 . 每個人對自我靈性的感知深淺不 一 , 每一個圖片 , 每一個筆觸 , 每一次不同的經文對每個人的感受不同 , 所以創作的作品也有不同的 感知 . 我其實很喜歡看其他人創作的作品 . 只可惜分享的作品不多。 40 天過去了 , 我覺得我鬆懈了 . 對於經文印象不深刻 . 只記得畫了那些圖，但是在安靜禱告時比以前 更為專注了。40 天的靈修雖然很棒 , 但是要從始而終 , 真的很難 . 在每次半小時的時間中要全程專注 也有些困難。線上的靈修只能個人心證 . 對於靈修的課程我個人覺得面對面的交流效果可能會比較 好。 參加大齋靈修活動獲得很多收穫，是感謝每個帶領的牧師及同工，用心的預備，已經好久沒有能夠 放鬆，聽到流水聲、鳥叫聲⋯⋯加上大自然的美景，讀經禱告藝術創作都讓我感到開心，也覺得親 近主是如此的美好，期待每天的這個時間，更了解自己，豐厚生命，很讚喔！

能夠參與大齋活動真的很榮幸，看到這麼多人能一同用藝術敬拜思想神的話，我也在當中學習好多， 看到這麼多人用心的擺上，且一同透過藝術禱告，是件好美妙的事，感謝神。 首先我要感謝郁分牧師邀請， 大齋期藝術靈修活動，參加主要原因是想更加知道大齋期 Lent Jesus In UK 這傳統意義，畢竟在台灣基督教導沒有如此著重 , 還有藝術部分也是非常吸引我的。 我特別沉浸的是在藝術創作的這大約 15~20 分引導創作，本身沒有用畫筆在平面紙上學習，作畫時 有著我在經歷耶穌路上所有一切記憶圖片，還有我相信我是上帝獨特創造，就因為這基因，完成了 我的作品。 我很喜歡，因為再次讓自己去看見神在過去恩典，因做畫再一次看見原來我的感覺是這樣啊！

我實在很難想像近 40 天的藝術靈修工作坊竟然能如期完成 . 從一開始手無寸鐵到最後完成時卻是得到 五位藝術及心理治療工作者，台英的基督徒同修協助，使得在復活節前得以結實滿滿 . 我從作著異夢，中間和同工們一齊扛著它，到最後一站放下這十架，好似與耶穌共同參與祂的使命， 祂的旅程和至終獻上自己的生命 . 感謝欣美不辭勞苦，日以夜繼完成這本沉重的電子書，因為未能取得大家的一致同意，只能用聲音檔 來分享記錄， 要特別感謝所有的參与帶領者皆為義工，無償付出，雖是白白給予，仍是將最好的獻上，少芊、允恩、 欣美、子涵、Ivy、嫦美、麗娟、Rosey、Jasper、Ann、Emily、加恩、如玉、美卿 .... 等，如果沒有各位， 我們不可能完成這 100 頁的電子書 . 裏面粗略記錄了我們的每次活動，為讓各位能反複練習，欣美將 活動設計簡短列出，只是便利行事 . 希望這小書是我們共同的見証 . 在大齋期間，這藝術靈修活動每日分別以基督教歸心祈禱、經文及以繪畫創作探索個人內在情境以回 應經文，確實充滿令人驚豔的自我察覺 . 我從自己及參加成員的作品分享中看到個人靈魂的開展，就像 進入夢境裡的奇異世界 . 例如某次在十架上做畫，我看到十架廢墟黑泥中開出滿地多采的復活花絮，十架的苦難轉換成希望的 生命 . 這自我察覺和探索是一份讓我們快樂地認識並接受自己的渺小和平凡的禮物。 之後你就自由了， 這種 自由是基督徒成熟的最好表述，你會很滿足於一個渺小而平凡的“我”。 沒有必要譁眾取寵。 在上主面前你擁有自在平靜歡喜的靈！ 信心不需要硬生出河流，因為信心就是相信有一條河。 河水在流淌。 我們就在其中。 Richard Rohr 陳郁分牧師
