RELOCATION: Relocation will not be allowed in this league.

CUSTOM PLAYBOOKS – are allowed PRACTICE SQUAD— Practice squad stealing will be opened in Week 4. ADVANCES: 48 Hour advances: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8 am EST. Subject to extension if need be. Subject to early advance if all games are played before deadline. TRADES All Trades must be submitted to Trade Committee along with player cards and terms of trade. Decisions by the Committee are final. Trades can be tweaked to include different terms and resubmitted for consideration. NO TRADES with CPU teams at all. TRADE BLOCK All players that you wish to be traded MUST be placed on the in-game Trade Block for a minimum of one (1) play week prior to negotiating with any potential suitors. Players MUST be placed on in-game Trade Block prior to being announced as OTB in chat or on the FB page. Placing a player on the physical Trade Block will result in a drop in morale/confidence due to the new Scenario Engine. If you approach a user for a player on his Trade Block, any players you wish to trade in exchange for the Trade Block player(s) do not have to be on the Trade Block. FREE AGENCY During offseason Free Agency bidding, there will be a 120 point CAP for all bids. The Free agent will then be allowed to choose from whichever team puts up that bid.

Players acquired in Free Agency must remain on the team for 1 season and cannot be traded until that season is over. They an be released, but not traded. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for disrespect to any other user member or commissioner. If you have a problem, please address it privately to the commissioners to be dealt with. No racial, religious, or sexist comments will not be tolerated and offending users will be booted immediately! SHOW RESPECT AND SPORTSMANSHIP We all come from different walks of life. We may not always agree with each others opinions, but we will show 100% respect for each other 100% of the time. This includes not harassing, bullying or instigating others simply because you don’t like them. Position Changes ALL position changes MUST be approved by a commissioner

Normal positions changes allowed — LOLB > MLB, CB > FS, LE >RE, LG >RG — no TE to WR, TE to HB, WR to HB, nothing else unless approved by Commissioners. Please consult with Commissioner if you have a question. X-factor player position changes are NOT allowed, due to a glitch that changes their player abilities. NOTE: This may change if EA patches the glitch. If a particular player has poor stats for their Madden position, position changes MAY be allowed by consulting a commissioner. Commissioner team will vote on it. If a user wants to SUB certain players into a different player group, such as Safety > Linebacker, they must first ask permission. There are certain designed plays that already allow this substitution, but for more permanent changes, consult with a Commissioner.

DRAFT PICKS No team can have more than 3 draft picks in any one round. NO DRAMA RULE!!!! If you have a complaint that a user has broken a rule, it is MANDATORY that you privately message a commissioner with your concerns as well as video evidence (not photo). If you broadcast your game, give us a broadcast link so we can watch the game. PLEASE be patient while we investigate all cheating claims. DO NOT bring up your gripes in group chat OR publicly in anyway. This includes NOT posting on outside Madden websites before a commissioner has had chance to deal with the issue. If a user breaks this rule, your concern will not be addressed and a TWO game suspension AND/OR removal from the league will be issued.

Advances: We advance every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8 am est. Subject to extend if need be on a case-by-case scenario. If you need an extension, please contact a commissioner immediately. Force Wins (FW) NO other Force Wins (FW) will be given except under extreme cases. If it is determined by the Commissioners OR the Rules Committee that a user is actively and intentionally ducking his opponent, i.e. avoiding playing, the active user will be given the option for a FW or the ability to play Auto-pilot (for stats). Internet Cuts Out During Game If a game cuts out due to internet drop, both users MUST agree to run it back and replay. If one user was clearly winning late in the game, and doesn’t want to replay, the winning user will get FW. See section on Internet issues for more information. CPU Games Users will be required to play against CPU opponents at any time it arises. No force wins against CPU. Everyone fights for their wins in this league, no exceptions!!! If your opponent cannot play, or doesnt respond within 24 hours of advance, he will be put on Auto Pilot (AP) for you to play the game. Every reasonable effort must be made to reach your opponent via dm, via FB page, and via chat. User-CPU Point Cap: There is a new 56-point cap on User-CPU games. Games against CPU MUST be sim and not stat padding free-for-alls. The only reason you should need to score

more than 56 points is if it is necessary to win the game (CPU opponent keeps pace). 24 Hour Rule: Users will have 24 hours from the time of advance to communicate with their opponents a scheduled game time. If an opponent does not respond to attempts to nail down a time within 24 hours, the non-communicative user will be placed on AUTO and the opponent will be allowed to play the game against CPU. 30 Minute Grace Period: If both users agree to a scheduled game time and one does not show up on time, he will have 30 minutes to show up and begin the game or the user will go on AUTO so the opponent will be able to play against the CPU. Missing a Game Time / Cannot Play as Scheduled: If you have agreed to a scheduled game time and realize later that you cannot make that time (we realize work, family and life can sometimes get in the way) – you MUST contact your opponent or a commissioner BEFORE game time to explain. Users will then be allowed to reschedule their game. If you fail to communicate with your opponent or a commissioner by game time, you will be put on AUTO.

Fair Sims Fair sims will only occur when two players honestly can’t schedule a game time together within the allotted 48 hour period. If users agree to a time, and one later backs out, and the opponent cannot reschedule, the user who backs out will be placed on AP. Injuries will be left ON during all fair sims and advances. Broadcast Rules ALL games will now be required to be broadcast by the Home user, unless the Visiting user volunteers to broadcast. Broadcasting your game MAY cause game lag. If your game lags beyond the point of playing fairly, the broadcast may be stopped. IF lag had a significant impact on the game, the game MUST be restarted. Ensure that your Mixer account has Video-on-Demand (VOD) enabled. This will record your games on your mixer channel for up to two weeks. This allows anyone to go back and watch the game even if it is not Live. This is particularly important for in-

vestigating claims of opponent cheating. If you need help setting this up let a commissioner know. All PLAYOFF games and Super Bowl will also be broadcast by Home user, unless visitor volunteers to broadcast.

No quitting or replaying games. Users can restart a game only once if there is an internet drop or lag issue. If there is a continued problem, contact the Commissioner with photo evidence for the score. In case of a disconnect, there will be no spotting of points. Game must be replayed from the beginning. If a user is found guilty of Quitting games, they will only receive one warning then will be removed from the league if the behavior continues. If you have any issues with lag, we need video or photo evidence. If a Head 2 Head (H2H) playoff game (or any game after Week 15 with playoff implications) is interrupted by the internet, users will engage in a best-of-3 series playing the same game. If User A was winning the original game, and wins the second — game over. If User A wins the original game and User B wins the second, a third game will be played to determine the winner. Since you cannot exit out of games in online CFM games, one of the players must turn their internet off for a moment which will kick both players out of the game.

** No NANO blitzes ** of any kind, ever ** No Cheese plays ** Must rush at least 3 on every defensive play. No SPAMMING!!! That means running the same play or formation on multiple downs, or targeting same player every down. Mix up your playcalling. This includes on both OFFENSE and DEFENSE. Calling the same 4 or 5 plays and “making adjustments”

will not be allowed. You have anywhere between 250 – 500 plays in your playbooks -- MIX up your playcalling. Repeatedly calling an inside run play and then immediately bouncing it outside will not be tolerated. It is understandable periodically if there is no hole to rush in, or the hole collapses. Simply bouncing it outside because you know the opponent is blitzing is not acceptable. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS is at the end of the game if you know that your opponent is running the ball to run the clock out. If you want to run multiple blitzes to try to stop your opponent, you do so at your own risk.

PLAYMAKER: Use of the playmaker function is allowed as long as it is not abused. The following three rules affect the usage of playmaker. You MAY NOT take the snap and automatically roll out to the sideline, stand there and wait for the defensive AI to break down and playmaker open a receiver. You MAY NOT use playmaker from the pocket. You may ONLY use the playmaker if you are out of the pocket and on the run. QB SCRAMBLE: Use of the QB scramble for positive yards is allowed as long as it is not abused. The scramble can be used to gain positive yards when the defense is locking down the pass game. A designed QB scramble is allowed sparingly. MOBILE QUARTERBACKS We understand that there are mobile quarterbacks in this league, and they can be a deadly addition to your offensive arsenal. Use them when you need to — don’t abuse the mobile quarterbacks. SPORTSMANSHIP / END OF GAME If you are up on the scoreboard by 21 points or more late in the 3rd with 3:00 minutes or less/entire 4th, run the clock, run the ball. Chew clock is allowed anytime with 2 minutes of the First Half, or 3 minutes in the 4th quarter, unless your opponent agrees to it (for instance if he is being blown out with no chance of coming back) If you are up by 4 possessions (defined as 24+ points) in the 4th quarter, you MUST turn on LB chew clock and run the ball on 2 consecutive downs. You MAY pass on 3rd down, but only enough to gain first down – no deep passes

(defined as 10-15 yards). If you reach 4th down and long, Punt the ball or FG is allowable. For more information refer to 4th down rules below If user follows these rules above and still breaks free for a TD – this is LEGAL. (FOR INSTANCE – user runs a 10 yard slant to gain first down, but still breaks free for a TD). The same goes for a run play that breaks into the open for a TD. HOWEVER, any pass play that is blatantly trying to score will be viewed by the commissioners as stat padding and running up the score and will NOT be tolerated! If your opponent begins a comeback and comes within 24 points, you can then open up your offense again. SIM STYLE PLAYCALLING: Keep your playcalling as realistic as possible to the real NFL – that means mixing run plays with pass plays as much as you can. Players who throw it deep on every down, including 4th, will not be tolerated in this league. Running vertical pass plays 90% of the game is not sim, its lobby ball (which we dont allow here) and wont be tolerated. HURRY-UP OFFENSE: Hurry up offense may ONLY be used if you are down on the scoreboard OR if trying to score at end of 2nd and 4th quarter. Teams that are leading MAY NOT run hurry up offense unless trying to score before Halftime. RUNNING UP THE SCORE: Do NOT run up the score on your user opponent. If you are clearly going to win by 20 points or more in the 4th qtr, run the ball, run the clock. It is a slap in your opponent face which amounts to poor sportsmanship. That includes not using your timeouts if you are ahead. It is recommended that you swap out your starters – but not required. TWO POINT CONVERSIONS Only allowed when trying to catch up to the leading opponent, OR if necessary to maintain a lead (for example, if an extra point gives you a 2 point lead, you may go for 2 point conversion to make it a 3 point lead) If you desire to attempt a 2-point conversion at the end of the game, in order to take the lead and win the game, you may do so at your own risk. 4TH DOWN RULES: 4th and 3 or less past the 50, unless you are up on the scoreboard. 4th and inches anywhere, anytime.

If you are down big in the late 3rd / 4th quarter, you may go for it on 4th and any distance at your own risk. If you are up 21+ points you must punt at all times. No 4th down rules in the final 2 min of the game or overtime. Fake Field Goals/Punts – are allowed as long as they follow the above rules.

All rule violations MUST be reported to Commissioners only with video evidence. Broadcasts are considered proof – provide links to commissioner to investigate. User your cell phone to record a series of plays if need be. Photos can only be used in case of internet disconnects/quitting/conceding If a user wants to submit a rules violation to the Rules Committee, they MUST first: Re-Watch their own game broadcast Write down the play sequences and time stamps of any rule violations (i.e., 3rd quarter 2:14 left) Record video of the offending plays SUBMIT all of the above to the Rules Committee for consideration. ONLY 1 WARNING WILL BE ISSUED for rule breaks. Any potential rule violations, with evidence, will be submitted to our new Rules and Enforcement Committee. They will investigate and discuss. Their recommendations will be sent to the Commissioners to make final determination on if a rule was broken and if so, what punishment should be enacted. IF a determination has been reached that a user DID violate a rule, the following schedule will take place: First Offense -- ONE GAME SUSPENSION Second Offense -- TWO GAME SUSPENSION Third Offense -- REMOVAL FROM LEAGUE
