WHAT PANORAMIX IS Most ERP, MRP and MES achievements are databases with tabular interfaces and data entry forms, or spreadsheets more or less connected. Much of the effectiveness of these systems depends on the ability of users, whose expertise is entrusted with the actual operation. PANORAMIX Applications born from the idea of exploiting the technologies of automation, artificial intelligence and new symbolic languages, to embedded in the software the logic of management. PANORAMIX provides solutions focused on problem solving, how to use and natural User interaction, based on powerful processing engine, connected in real time with the production facilities.

PANORAMIX IN STEEL The Steel industry is one of the most challenging environments. Operators need to act quickly on the basis of precise information and directions. The time lost and the wrong choices, result in an immediate increase of costs or loss or waste of expensive production. Certification requirements and the path of business improvement, will require a significant effort to collect production data. PANORAMIX provides all the tools for a rational organization of production. Plant operators, have clear indications of the work to be done. Real-Time information of running processes are collected and compared with production targets, any discrepancy is reported immediately; sophisticated simulation tools allow to quickly find the best solution. From masses of data, appropriate applications extract meaningful information, for quality improvement and cost reduction.

Customer Order (CO) are are taken over by PANORAMIX. Customer Order are converted in Production Order (PO). Compatible CO can be grouped, in this case PANORAMIX generates meta-analysis. PO are scheduled on Production Table (PT). Raw materials are taken over by PANORAMIX. Raw materials are assigned to pick Box. Raw materials analysis is requested to LAB. From PT operators chose PO. Production start. Work analysis, provided by LAB, are compared with those required by PO. Any discrepancy is reported. Data and event are collected and reported in real time. Tools for charge simulation are provided to assist operator in their choice. Manual loading of materials are charged to pick-Box. LAB assign Cast final analysis and emit Cast Certificate. LAB emits Cast Certificate. MAT verification of direct/indirect materials consumption, equipment use. Cast are assigned to PO and so to CO. Complete cast report.
