THE GOLF COURSES
THE PINE
Renovated in 2023, this Andrew Green designed course features rolling berms, pine and cedar hammocks, and elevation changes that blend beautifully and naturally with the surrounding preserve and lakes. The diversity of flora and fauna, lined with elegant tall pines, give this course a unique northern feel.
THE PALM
Sparkling water reflects the image of coconut palms swaying in the breeze, coalesced with white coquina sands, challenging greens and spacious fairways, creating a majestic tropical oasis. You will be sure to spot birds, fish, and otters in the lakes as you make your way around the course. Truly Florida golf at its’ finest!
THE ESTUARY
A Bob Cupp original design and re-imagined by Tim Liddy, this course offers variations in fairway width and size of the greens, creative bunker design, and scenic landscaping within the beautiful nature preserve. Water views abound as you play this peaceful retreat.
DINING
Members of Grey Oaks indulge in an exclusive dining experience like no other. Our expert culinary program boasts a Certified Master Chef and spectacularly designed menus featuring fresh, local ingredients with rotating seasonal items. With four striking venues, members can choose from a formal intimate setting, to casual and al fresco dining with breathtaking views. SPORTS MEMBERSHIP
Sports Membership at Grey Oaks features unlimited access to all social aspects of the Club, plus unlimited golf privileges in the summer months from May through October. No on-course golf privileges are included with this membership during the months of November through April.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Full Golf Membership includes unlimited year-round golf privileges on all three distinct championship golf courses at Grey Oaks, in addition to full access to all Club and social amenities.
NON-EQUITY GOLF JOINING WAITLIST
Available only to Equity Sports Members, the Non-Equity Golf Joining Waitlist secures a position in line for Equity Golf Membership at Grey Oaks. All Sports Members who purchase the Non-Equity Golf Joining Waitlist will maintain their Sports Member privileges while also receiving additional Limited Golf privileges from November through April.
THE PATH TO GOLF MEMBERSHIP
With a full Golf Membership of approximately 780 dues paying Members, all new members wishing to obtain a Golf Membership must purchase a Sports Membership along with the Non-Equity Joining Waitlist to secure their place in line for Equity Golf Membership. During their time on the waitlist, these Members will receive Limited Golf Privileges.
NON-EQUITY GOLF JOINING WAITLIST WITH LIMITED GOLF PRIVILEGES
Non-Refundable Contribution: $25,000
Additional privileges from November through April:
• Four (4) rounds of golf per member, per month with normal reservation policy
• Unlimited one-day in advance, or same day tee times after 1:00 p.m.
• May participate in Men’s Day, Ladies’ Day and Sunday Couples Golf (3-day advance registration for Sunday Couples)
• May play in Guest Days and Special Events, based on availability (15-day advance registration)
• All rounds from November through April will be billed at 1/2 Guest Fee (currently $100 + Cart + Service Fee)
• Payment of $25,000 is in addition to $125,000 Equity Sport Membership. The amount due at time of upgrade will be one-half of the joining contribution charged by the Club for an Equity Golf Membership, at the time of acquisition, plus one-half of any increase in Membership contribution when the Equity Golf Membership becomes available.
Limitations on Golf: Please note the Limited Golf Privileges do not allow waitlist members to participate in Men’s, Ladies’, or Couples’ Invitationals, the Men’s or Ladies’ Member/Member Event, or the Men’s or Ladies’ Club Championships or Chairman’s Cups.
WAITLIST PRIORITY
All new applicants must apply and be approved for membership and pay the corresponding contributions in full.
Residents of the Grey Oaks and Estuary communities will take priority on the waitlist to upgrade. Non-Equity Golf Waitlist members who reach the top of the list may forfeit their place once and move to the bottom of the list. If a Non-Equity Golf Waitlist member chooses not to upgrade the second time they are called, they will be transferred to an Equity Sport Membership with no refund or initiation fees.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
In an effort to ensure the long-term financial strength of the Club and Community, the Grey Oaks and Estuary Property Owners’ Association voted and approved a Community Membership Policy. The Community Membership policy requires all new property owners to purchase at minimum a Sports Membership upon closing of their new home. Please contact the Membership Office at (239) 262-5550 at least 30 days prior to closing to start the application process.
