WALK-IN-INTERVIEW The West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) announces for a walk-in-interview for engagement of one (1) Research Associate and one (1) Senior Research Fellow for the following project: Name of Project

Educational Qualification Research Associate : PhD in Science with minimum 55% marks in M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science with Chemistry as pass subject in B.Sc. OR PhD in Engineering with first class marks in Environmental or Chemical Engineering/Technology. Senior Research Fellow : Minimum 55% marks in Master degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science with Chemistry as pass subject in B.Sc. and completed two years of research works for PhD degree. OR First class marks in Master of Engineering in Environmental or Chemical Engineering/Technology and completed two years of research works for PhD degree. Remuneration
: Research Associate: Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated) Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 18,700/- per month (consolidated)

: Maximum 37 years as on 01/06/2018
Eligible candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview on 19/07/2018 reporting between 10:30-11:00 hrs. at the reporting address: Reception Desk of West Bengal Pollution Control Board, Paribesh Bhawan, 10A, Block-LA, Sector-III, Bidhannagar, Kolkata-700106. Interested and eligible candidates have to appear for the walk-ininterview with an application neatly handwritten or typed out in A4 size paper giving full bio-data (with contact phone no. and email address) with a recent passport size photograph pasted on it along with one set of self attested copies of testimonials. Candidates will have to produce the original testimonials during interview for verification. Related terms and conditions for the said engagement are provided below: 1. Positions are purely temporary and engagements will be made on contractual basis. The engagement will be coterminous with the completion of the project itself or the end of the project period whichever is earlier. 2. This engagement will not confer any claims, rights, interests or further claims for any job or further engagement / appointment in West Bengal Pollution Control Board. The WBPCB has no obligation to extend the engagement period. 3. This engagement can be terminated at any time with one month’s notice from either side without assigning any reason whatsoever. 4.
