Engagement Position: Project Associate 01 (One) Masters degree in Biological Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ Forestry in First Class and Research Experience of 3 years after M.Sc. in similar field Degree/ Diploma in Environmental Law/ Policy/ Sustainable Development/ Biodiversity Assessments Experience of working in National level Organizations/ Institutions in the field of natural resource management (NRM) Experience of working in multidisciplinary aspects related to biodiversity conservation Hands on experience on biodiversity related issues and challenges Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with people and multi-sectoral teams to achieve results The Project Associate will work under the guidance of Project Coordinator The Project Associate will support the attainment of the results envisaged to the required standards of quality, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of work within the constraints of time and cost Contribute effectively in State government oriented appraisal of biodiversity relevant programmes to understand the impacts on biodiversity Organize and attend internal meetings, consultations, workshops, conferences, brainstorming sessions, meetings as required, and prepare briefing notes, minutes, follow up with various Stakeholders Liaise with various stakeholders at State level Timely preparation and submission of the Project Technical Reports
