RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR CONTRACTUAL POSITION OF PROJECT ASSOCIATE-I Applications are invited for one post of Project Associate-I in the DST funded project titled ‘Archaeometric study of technology of archaeological pottery from the pre and early Harappan settlement at Kunal, Haryana’. Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Chemistry or Material Science from a recognised university or equivalent. Upper Age Limit: 35 years Monthly Emoluments: i. Rs. 31,000 + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) a selection process through national level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions. ii. Rs. 25,000 + HRA for those who do not fall under (i) above. Selection Criteria: Only shortlisted applicants will be called for personal interaction with the Selection Committee to select the Junior Research Fellow on the basis of their qualification, working experience and performance. Note: It is amply clarified that above engagement will be purely casual/contractual initially for a period of one year extendable up to one more year or till the completion of the “Archaeometric study of technology of archaeological pottery from the pre and early Harappan settlement at Kunal, Haryana’Project,whichever is earlier and subject to performance of the selected candidate. Under no circumstances the above Project Associate-I will be considered as Institute’s employee or may claim for regularization in future as the contractual arrangement is meant for the said project only.
