We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Research Fellow to join the DST-SERB funded project to study the molecular mechanisms of triglyceride regulation in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in mice. A keen interest in gene regulation, standard biochemical and molecular biology and cell culture techniques, and animal model research are essential. S/he will have an excellent scientific track record, committed to a scientific career and will be keen to work in an interdisciplinary team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and scientific creativity are essential.

Essential: Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Immunology/ Cell and Molecular Biology.

Desirable: One or two years’ research experience in cell and molecular biology or a related discipline.

Candidates with NET/ CSIR/ UGC/ICMR etc. will be given more preference.

You should have the upper age limit of 28 years as on the last date of application.
