Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research fellow in DBT Twinning project entitled "MOLECULAR EPIDEMIOLOGY OF HEPATITIS B & C AMONG INTRAVENOUS DRUG USERS (IVDUs) IN NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST REGION OF INDIA"under Dr. Mini P Singh, Professor, Dept of Virology as per details given below:Number of post- 01 position

Essential qualification: Masters in Life sciences as a part of a regular course. The candidate should have had 60% aggregate marks in graduation & post graduation course. The candidate should be willing to stay and work in North East India since this is a collaborative project.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with CSIR UGC NET, GATE, DBT BET, ICMR JRF qualification. The candidate should be able to draw venous blood samples from patients.

Upper age limit: 28 years (Age relax able in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/Women candidate as per rules) as on 02-12-2020.

Duration : I year (extendable up to for one year) Remuneration: Rs.31000/- + HRA (NET Qualified) Rs. 12000/- +HRA (Non Net Qualified) The engagement in the project is purely on contract basis. Interested candidates fulfilling the above conditions are required to submit their complete bio-data duly signed and enclosing therewith photocopies of certificates/ testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc. & affixed with the latest photograph on the app li cation form and submit by 02/12/2020 at 3:00 pm in Room no 608, 61h fl oor, Research Block-A PGIMER. No interview letters will be sent. No TAIDA wi ll be paid.

The selection committee reserves the right to shortlist the candidates on the basis of screening test in case more number of candidates appears for the post.
