M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry or an allied area with at least 60% marks.
Isolation and identification of novel bacteriocin producing probiotic microbial species from Northeast Fellowship is available Candidates should have a region, exploration of approximately for a NET/GATE qualification. probiotic traits and maximum period of 3 application of purified years. Research experience in bacteriocin in food microbiology will be preservation preferable.
