Hasnain, Head-Jamia Hamdard Institute of Molecular Medicine (JH-IMM), Jamia Hamdard, as per the details provided below: POSITION 1: SCIENTIST NAME OF THE POST: Scientist NUMBER OF POST: One CONSOLIDATED PAY: Rs 48,000/- (fixed) + 30% HRA per month NATURE OF POST: Temporary, initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project (maximum 3 years) a) ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D degree in Life Science (Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Microbiology) from a recognized university with at least 3 years of post-doctoral experience. Prior experience of working in the field of Tuberculosis or drug discovery will be preferred. b) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Post Ph.D experience of bioinformatics is desirable. Experience may be evident by publication in the relevant area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Use of bioinformatics tools and comparative proteomic analysis. To coordinate the activities as designated by the PIs/Head of Institute and field work as per requirements. AGE LIMIT: 40 Years (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. rules) POSITION 2: JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW NAME OF THE POST: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) NUMBER OF POST: One CONSOLIDATED PAY: Rs 25,000 (fixed) + 30% HRA per month for first two years. Rs 28,000 (fixed) + 30% HRA per month for third year as SRF. NATURE OF POST: Temporary, initially for a period of one year which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project (maximum 3 years) a) ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or allied subjects with NET Qualification.
