Duration: Initially for 1 year, may be extended based on annual evaluation till the duration of the project.

Essential qualifications: PhD degree in the life sciences with minimum 60% marks in B.Sc. and M.Sc. or equivalent degrees. Demonstrated experience (substantiated by publication) in protein purification and protein structure determination or other biophysical techniques.

Desirable qualifications: Strong motivation for career in research. Ph. D. in Biophysics.

Experience in bacterial genetics and biochemical studies is desirable.
